Roleplay wise Gallia deserves the worst of the worst for this.
They are watching a genocidal psychopath orbit bombing islands on a civilian planet and cheering him for it.
Meanwhile Liberty's getting it's army ready at, all of the military objectives that Gallia could've bombed to shreds but decided to ignore in favor of incinerating civilians who want nothing to do with the war.
