That station is a workship for prototype weapons. Top of the line stuff and one of the best mechanics I know. The others in Bering are Junkers, Pirates, Seperatists and Miners.
The ring is a hierloom from my family. It's both of sentimental importance and practical importance. If you ever come across any information concerning it, I'll pay handsomely for it.
