Dia dhaoibh,
My name, is Roy McKenney, proud Dubliner and face of the Molly Liberation Army. You may or may not be aware of our group from your relations with the Bretonians but, as is customary in my culture, i thought it only right to contact you personally to declare our intentions. We are a fully functioning paramilitary organisation consisting of long serving members of the Molly Republic, honourable men and women with a passion to free our home from the grip of its oppressors, in our case the Bretonian crown. Unlike our fathers and grandfathers we are not simple miners, we have evolved beyond anything the Bretonian Government could comprehend.
Now, of course, it would be foolish to fully disclose the MLA's tactical intentions through a comm channel with an organisation or individual i am yet to meet. Therefore i will start with the following:
Your installation is a threat to the Molly republics right to the Gold Ore field it sits above. Your installation has been noted as a possible dispatch point for armed forces and Bretonian Police vessels on numerous occasions, this will not do. Please state your stations intentions, affiliation (if any), and a list of organisations that are currently granted docking permission.
Unless a clear understanding is met within the next few days the [MLA] shall have no choice but to remove your installation from Republic space.
For Dublin. For the Republic.

Good mornin' to ya Roy McKenny. And wasn't it a foine noight this mornin'.
'Tis a good t'ing you gave me a call and all. But my dealin's have been wit' Blodwyn O'Driscoll. Do you know her?
Oi'm sure she will vouch fer me and moi establishment., and my contribution to the Molly cause as per our arrangement.
The Dublin Miners Pub is a demilitarised establishment. That means NO foightin', brawlin', spittin and other shenannigans. As a result, apart from the casual "inspection" by the BPA) to see if me Junkers Joy brew is not too watered down, all are free to come fer a pint or two. No one is allowed to stage attacks from th' pub. Indeed oi will turn away anythin' that looks loike it could be a military ship, you know what oi mean? That doesn't mean off duty MLA can't come and enjoy the craic.
So, what is it that you be wantin' now "Filed Marshall"? Happy to oblige ya. Would you loike t'come fer tea and we'll hav a wee chat then?

You wouldn't be related to the Newcastle O'Rourke's now would you?
Well Miss i'll get right to it. We are not aware of any agreements or otherwise you may have come to with Miss O'Driscoll.. But any agreement might just concern us.. if any deal you have made puts the Republic at risk, you catch my drift? You see, while Miss O'Driscoll acts, as she believes, in the best interests of the Republic.. it's not always so, you following?
now, maybe you could enlighten me as to this understanding' you have, you know, shed some light so to speak so i could gain more understanding of the 'benefits' your station can provide the good people of Dublin while not enhancing the grip of the Bretonian corporations and Lawful groups in the system
It's very strange Miss, you talk of your station of somewhat of a special subject. Your station has been recorded harbouring BMM vessels. I wonder Miss, is your station also selling and buying Molly gold to these same Bretonians?
I eagerly await your response, Miss

Your station continues to harbour the targets of the MLA. With no word from yourself regarding a resolution we will have no choice but to consider your installation as detrimental to the success of the Republic and remove it.

Now, there are two ways to t'ink this through. Oi could spell out the happenin's that go on at the pub, air me undies if you know what oi mean... but that would undo a lot of... tactical benefit and diplomacy.
So, oi'll do both ways.
1. I have your personal comms so the confidential matters can go in there.
2. The well known and more general facts can be broadcast near and afar in the public columns of the Sirius wide neural net.
Firstly, I am a Molly by birth and family background. Due to th' Corsairs moi family fled through to Trafalgar when I was a wee nipper. Consequently, I grew up as a neutral Junker, which will prove to be beneficial to the Dublin families.
Secondly, I run the Dublin Pub strictly for miners and give much-needed employment to the Dubliners. Indeed, not countin' ship crews fer minin', transportin' and tradin' I currently hire 200 Dubliners t' run me pub.
Thirdly, ALL miners can have docking rights for one miner and one transport ship should they request docking rights. The usual fee is $35million which is very generous. Miners can sell gold ore for $3000 to the pub, and there is ability to store the gold ore for themselves, buy it back and take it away, hence the need for a transporter.
Forthly, the pub is deliberately placed near the minefield and is for miners only. It is demilitarised and no warships are allowed to dock. It is a FREEPUB and so it is open to only miners.
So, drop in and inspect the pub. I'll shout you a Junkers Joy, or a Guinness if you prefer.

I'd wondered if you'd taken me seriously
Well, where do I start. The information you have provided me via this channel, and my personal neural net, do indeed sway the favour closer toward your stations existence. You seem to have it all worked out, don't you. I wonder if these are really your intentions or you're just a very clever woman.. either way.. you have my interest.
We have decided to see how this plays out, Miss O'Rourke. As such you will agree to a set if conditions, rules if you will, to ensure your stations continued operation
These are the conditions:
Docking access for all [MLA] tagged ships
A monthly 'contribution' to the Molly cause of 20,000,000 SC
Under no circumstances should the following groups/people's be granted docking access
The Bounty Hunters Guild
BPA/BAF vessels that don't carry the official callsign
Relay ALL and ANY information the [MLA] requests about docking access, as and when requested to do so
These are the conditions. They are non-negotiable.
We will also discuss, in the future, the possibility of furthering the work you informed me of via my private comms.
I eagerly await your responce

That is acceptable, although I am not that happy as I appear to get nothin' for it. Do you offer protection from Pirates and what-not?
I am pleased to say any BAF or BPA independents are never allowed in. I will action the BHG request as they have NO BUSINESS conducting shake-downs in me pub. (They'll enjoy the experience and benefits of a shillelagh if they do fer sure!)
I would much prefer paying the monthly installments of the... contributions... bi-annually. Would that be acceptable? Perhaps a discount to 100,000,000 for bulk purchase? And to whom am oi t'send the generosity of my benevolence?

Miss O'Rourke
Show yourself to be the woman you claim to be and I will afford you the protection that every Molly shares
'Contributions' may be forwarded to our flagship, [MLA]Convoy
You may pay annualy, as you wish
Captain Shamus O'Hara will personally be scrutinizing your installation over the coming weeks. While the [MLA] has no interest in the day-to-day operations of miners we do have a vested interest in the security of Dublin.
Maybe one day soon we will sit together, share some of your Junkers joy, and talk more of what you can do for your Republic
