I send this communique in the hopes it reaches you in good health and in fair times amigo:
In light of our recent jaunt- lets call it - I had occasion to flag down a freelancer and get ahold of some of the substance you mentioned in passing in our chat. In our line of work, such a thing was of no consequence to track down, and of little issue to acquire. 10 pallets of it currently await your claim in our hold on Beaumont within the Texas system-- all I need at present is a place and time to hand it off.
For the moment, lets call this a gift from the Nazione to your organization- I ran this little side-track by my employers and they seemed to not only approve, but encourage it. When the time comes however, I hope you'll remember us and return such an act in kind.
This is fantastic, I'll have a study laboratory ready and a team to go over these effects. Hopefully for the National council that this can cancel out another open supply route for anyone willing to supply this competitive substance. Although I'm curious about this stuff myself... Its like knockout juice with the possibility of not waking people up. I can list off a few things that would probably ban people from using this while in piloting spacecraft.
This may take a few weeks of trails and testing and the most dangerous one is obviously human trials which we'll need 'approval' for... Or we could just ask for volunteers. For now, we'll need to arrange a date for us to pick up this shipment, hopefully in a clandestine manner.
I'll be hoping to hear from you soon-

We're presently moored to Beaumont trying to get some unrelated arrangements together-- given that: somewhere along the Liberty/Rheinland border corridor would be best, albeit a little more hazardous given some of the recent presences in the area...
Name your time and place near there, and we'll show amico.
Ten minutes, Bremen, along the jump-hole corridor to Frankfurt. Should be convenient for both of us. Try to keep the Unioners noses away, they can't seem to help it when they're trying to look for trouble.
