To meet our supply obligations:
We are requiring ten seven franchisees to work out of Veltman Smelter.
You must operate only =DSE- owned, supplied and equipped purpose built mining ship.
A bond of 40,000,000SC to be paid in advance refundable on return of the mining ship in original condition.
As a franchisee you will not only be a valued member of the company, but will benefit from the exclusive rightto dock and repair at Veltman Smelter. VS is fully equipped to repair (at your cost) any and all damage on any ship you own.
You keep what you mine. Mine when you want.
Great expense has been invested in security and defence to deter vagabonds and scam merchants. Further, discussions are under way to have the LPI and LN base a barracks on Veltman to further deter troublemakers.
You may sell all your premium scrap to VS for 2000SC. Purchase of premium scrap is only available at Scrap Palace.
It is tough and dangerous in the Peguena Negra but the profits are very rewarding.

Any and all pilots in stasis pods are to be collected and deposited in the VS infirmary NO MATTER their affiliation.
Be polite to thieves. =DSE- values lives over profit. Negotiate a settlement fee that is fair and reasonable. (Inform =DSE- of the incident siting name, IFF and type of ship immediately).
=DSE has the right to terminate any franchisee at their discretion.
