Who is the resident Outcast group nowadays?

What we can conclude from this thread is that there's a big issue with proper Outcast leadership.

I will probably work on trying to do something to solve this. Whether it be myself, or some kind of Council of Dons like before. The main reason i would make the claim for myself is because there seems to be no one or no group to really contest. And the commune i would be working with.

This would take a bit of time, as i would not want to undermine any potential contestants that have been trying to achieve this actively. However, wouldn't they have said something here by now? The only active individual i have heard of from NC is Foxglove, but i'm not sure what exactly he wants to do?

Anyways, it'll be fun and interesting to see how things work out.

Would be very interesting to see one of the old guard take a go at it.


We're in a strange situation in Discovery right now where we have three active Corsair factions (two of them official, one of them an unofficial rebel group), yet very few Outcasts. With both nations touching directly in Xi and sharing a ZOI overlap with Rheinland, there should be a great opportunity for RP, PVP, and unlawful econ, out there. It just needs Outcasts to finish the triad.


Commune are presently doing their own thing. They're not Outcasts, but friendly to outcasts, if that makes sense.

We're having a discussion what is possible and how it is possible. I say that it's good thing for him to be back. We were wondering what we would do after, we would simply get to Malta.

We're not Outcast but we see ourselves as their protectors. Thus, Commune would most likely, after some time being, establish and fund purely Maltese faction, while Commune would have free space to head for it's own goals and acting as a shadow government in a whole that story.

This was the plan but we never had any good individual in our mind.
