An interrogation on site, as far as that was possible, has come to the following conclusion:

The captains of the involved vessels admitted to have conducted an unauthorized jump, via illegal and unsecure equipment, into Rheinland space (New Berlin System). We have to assume that persons aboard one of the Colonial vessels - identified as members of the Gallic Royal Navy - and one vessel of the GRN (MRG|Christian.Sauvageot) were kept as hostages by the Crayerians, within Rheinland space. Officers on site did not grant any further precarious jump maneuvers with unsecure hardware. However, the Colonial fleet jumped out before our reinforcement could reach the crime scene.

We deem it necessary to charge the Colonial Republic with a total fine in high of 155.000.000 SC to compensate costs of mobilization, emergency measures and administration matters, caused by the actions of your ships.

Due to the severity of the crime, its suggested that the members of the Colonial Republic are temporarily banned from Rheinland space, during the process.
The Rheinland government is hereby informed and can take action. Further investigations may follow.
