Official Broadcast: Recent changes in Kusari

Official broadcast from Kōkyo, Imperial district, New Tokyo system, House Kusari.

The Great House of Kusari was hit by a tragedy. Two days ago our recently returned, beloved Majesty Kogen Tetsuya was taken from us, leaving no descendants behind. With his loss, Kusari lost the Tetsuya bloodline once and for all but we shall not crumble now. The Goverment and Shogunate were discussing the situation ever since Tetsuya's death and came to the following conclusion:

The new Empire of Kusari

Following the death of Emperor Kogen Tetsuya, our former minister Sanae Miyasu was declared the new Empress of the Empire of Kusari. She was chosen by the Shogunate and the civilian goverment with an absolute majority of votes. She has announced several major changes already, listed for public access below:

1. The Restored Empire of Kusari is from now on the matriarchal Empire of Kusari.
   
2. The Terrorist movement of the Golden Chrysanthemums will receive the chance to re-integrate into the society and acknowledge Empress Miyasu as the rightful head of the great House of Kusari.
   
3. The Empress has the full command over the Naval Forces of Kusari and the Shogunate. The Shogunate will act as the executive of the Empress' commands and the Shogun may be discharged at her wish.
   
4. The Empress reserves the right to overwrite the main court and by will pardon prisoners and unlawful entities alike.
   
5. A special goverment department will be established to ensure the introduction of close to 100% gender equality in Kusari.
   
6. Equality of medical treatment and alike will be enforced within the following 6 months.
   
7. The matriarchal Empire of Kusari will offer the Gas Miner Guild a place under its flag, ensuring them special rights in the affairs of Planet Kurile.
   
8. The rivalry between Kishiro Technologies and Samura Heavy Industries will be put to an end.
   
9. The Hogosha will be approached about a new role for them in the House Kusari soon.
