I am reporting of a successful mania-interrogation performed on Albert Weis; Generaloberst of Die Weise Rose. While I have expected far more from a reputable man holding a position of such importance, it is evident that his true face is much different. Professor Provocateur Yoshida on board of Keiretsu|-Noburu has successfully performed a Honeytrap technique on him and with a delusion of pursuing repentance for his sins by assisting a damsel in distress, he followed Professor's instructions - Which led him into a trap.
Under the pressure of a gunpoint, he admitted atrocities criminal organisation Die Weise Rose has committed, their involvement in human organ harvesting and trafficking, a trade deal with the Liberty government and being funded by the vile organisations of Universal Shipping and Interspace Commerce. After I broke him, he accepted and admitted who he really is. A clown, an incompetent leader blinded by wrong goals, a fool not worthy of the position.
The most pathetic moment of our encounter without any doubt was his system-wide cries for help directed towards the Keiretsu|-Noburu, as after the immense torture and harassment he was not able to realize he was nothing but a fish following a bait. His last wish was for his cargo to arrive in hands of Frau Noboru which I completed - Professor Provocateur Yoshida has seized the cargo and returned it safely to Alcatraz Depot in California.
Mr.Blackfriar': Die Weise Rose vessel. Cut your engines immediately. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Odd. I didn't know the Hackers had a vested interest in Bremen. Mr.Blackfriar': That's none of your business. Set a waypoint - B6. Move it, now. Mr.Blackfriar': B6. Mr.Blackfriar': Good. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Isn't B6 this way? Mr.Blackfriar': It is. Now move it. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: I can only assume that you somehow followed me. I've never heard of a Lane Hacker in Bremen before. Mr.Blackfriar': Now let's make this simple. Answer all of my questions and you'l survive. Each wrong answer will cost you dearly. Mr.Blackfriar': What is your name? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Alright then, let's play your game. My name is Herr Albert Weis Mr.Blackfriar': What is your rank within the White Rose? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Generaloberst. Mr.Blackfriar': A leader, I assume? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Very much so. That's why you followed me, I presume. Mr.Blackfriar': I had an impression this will be a simple extortion. But here I am with the leader of the disease-ridden dogs himself! Mr.Blackfriar': I will quite enjoy this. Mr.Blackfriar': Now, let's continue. What are the current goals of the White Rose? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Liberation of Rheinland, installing a true democracy, reducing corporate power in Rheinland. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: We also intend to help any civilians we can along the way. Mr.Blackfriar': Your partners, who are they? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Main, or trade partners as well? Mr.Blackfriar': Both. Spit it now. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Our main allies are the Red Hessians, ALG, and the Blood Dragons. Mr.Blackfriar': And your trade partners? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: They provide the most direct support, while groups such as the GMG and The Order provide financial support. Mr.Blackfriar': Do you cooperate with any group from Liberty? Do you have any interest in Liberty whatsoever? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: We've cooperated with groups in Liberty in the past, but all ties there have waned as of late. Mr.Blackfriar': Name them. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: During the war here, we cooperated with the Liberty Navy, for a short time. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: We've also derived support from several corporations on both Planets Los Angeles and Denver. Mr.Blackfriar': Which corporations? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Universal Shipping and Interspace Commerce. Mr.Blackfriar': Of course... Now tell me. You said that you haven't cooperated with any Liberty organisation recently. Mr.Blackfriar': Yet - our scout have reported several White Rose transports in Liberty quite recently. A week ago, or two, perhaps. Mr.Blackfriar': What was the reason behind your visit? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: That was not sanctioned by me, and the reason, as I later found out, was rather stupid. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Apparently the captains wanted to take a "safer" route back to Rheinland from Omega-49. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: I of all people know Liberty is not the safest place for our convoys right now. Mr.Blackfriar': Let that be your first and only lie you've said to me, you trecharous hound. I repeat. What was the reason behind your... Mr.Blackfriar': Presence in Liberty? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: You think I would dare lie while having torpedoes aimed at my ship? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: If it's any consolation, they probably went thanks to those Zoners at Erie. Mr.Blackfriar': Yes. You Rheinland dogs cower with your lies, as you're afraid that the truth will hurt. Mr.Blackfriar': Well I can assure you. This will hurt one way or another. Mr.Blackfriar': Now spit it. What are your current goals in Liberty? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: We do have one goal, but I haven't yet scratched the surface of it yet. Mr.Blackfriar': Several transports were spotted travelling from Hamburg towards Texas and deeper into Liberty. We see all. We know. Mr.Blackfriar': Which one? Tell me. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: We plan on evacuating most of Nuremberg's population out of Munich. Mr.Blackfriar': To where? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Planet Erie, a safe haven. Mr.Blackfriar': I ask you again. What were you transports doing in Texas and New York? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: I am telling the truth. Apart from our diamond trade route, there is no other reason we would enter Liberty. Mr.Blackfriar': Where do you deliver those Diamonds? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Planet Denver, in the Colorado system. I haven't logged a shipment there for months, so it must be the Quartiermeister. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: She is in charge of this transport fleet in my absence. Mr.Blackfriar': Planet Denver is under control of Liberty Police Inc. How do they let you dock? Do you cooperate with them at this moment? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: We are a neutral entity in Liberty, so they allow us to dock with their worlds. Mr.Blackfriar': Of course you are. Quite interesting. Mr.Blackfriar': Tell me about your standing with the Unioners? Mr.Blackfriar': Do you have any interest in the Bering? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: We are at war with the Unioners, and that has been public information for quite some time. Mr.Blackfriar': And the Battlegroup? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: You mean Harmony? We are neutral with them as of recently. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Our former leader tried instigating a war with them, which was ill-advised to start with. Mr.Blackfriar': Neutral, hm? Tell me. Do you pursue their friendship? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Not exactly. We don't see much from an alliance with them. They are entirely focused on their goals, DWR|WTS-Hammersee: which makes getting anything beneficial from them hard. Mr.Blackfriar': Now, tell me. And this has bothered from the first time I've met you. Mr.Blackfriar': What are you doing here? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: I'm here to make a deal with a citizen of Kusari. She requested these materials, and has agreed to pay well for them. Mr.Blackfriar': That's good to hear. You are a true businessman, mister Weis. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: We are some people's only contacts in the Rheinland Black Market, and have to deliver on many occassions. Mr.Blackfriar': Do you often deliver similar cargo? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: This cargo is abnormal, but we can deliver cargo of all types. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Normally, we transport building and repair materials. Mr.Blackfriar': Abnormal, is it? I think you're lying. Do you have no morality, Weis? You were supposed to be a figure, a leader... Mr.Blackfriar': And what do you do? Harvest organs. Murder slaves. Traffic human organs. Mr.Blackfriar': Disgusting. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Not exactly. You see, these were artificially made at Heisenberg Research Station. Mr.Blackfriar': I did not expect much more from an White Rose member, but this is just... Pathetic. Mr.Blackfriar': Is it? Or was it from the Slaves that arrive from Pittsburgh? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: The Pit? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: We kill anyone bringing slaves from there. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: The slaves are then freed and sent with the refugees to a safe haven. Mr.Blackfriar': Yes, slaves are forbidden. But if they're chopped in pieces, it's perfectly fine. Mr.Blackfriar': Tell me, what kind of cargo do you dispatch? Nox? Cardamine? Artifacts? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Still not fine. Like I said, these organs were made artificially. Mr.Blackfriar': Say it few more time. Maybe you'l convince yourself you're doing a good thing. Mr.Blackfriar': Maybe you'l sleep easier tonight. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: We ARE doing the right thing here. What exactly are you doing to help people out? Mr.Blackfriar': And what are you doing to help people? Traffic human organs? Deal with corrupted Liberty hoodlums? What are you doing good? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: I am being truthful when I say that DWR is aiming for the morally correct path, not the financially correct one. Mr.Blackfriar': You're nothing but a misarable sack of pathetic worms. Mr.Blackfriar': The White Rose will never succeed with a human trafficker on a leading position. A man with no morals. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Are you so sure in your predispositions? There are genuinely good people out in the galaxy, like us. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: We may be a rarity, but do not let yourself think that everyone you meet is a crook. Mr.Blackfriar': Do you ever hear what you're saying? Not even a Rogue would believe you... Mr.Blackfriar': Yet - that is exactly what you are. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: I know you won't believe me. You joined the Lane Hackers for a reason, after all. The very same reason you think I am DWR|WTS-Hammersee: lying. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: You don't see good as a viable option, and think that violence will end violence. I'll let you take that path, but I don't DWR|WTS-Hammersee: think you'll like its destination. Mr.Blackfriar': Of course I do. How retaded do you think I am? You're a traitor to your people. You've cooperated with the enemies of state. Mr.Blackfriar': Your organisation has grown only because you took dirty money from Liberty hoodlums. Mr.Blackfriar': And now, you have fallen so low that you involve yourself in obscene acts. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: The state here is not your friend, and it is not the friend of the average person here in Rheinland. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Do not compare us with the oppressive Bundestag regime. Mr.Blackfriar': I do not compare you with them. I think you're worse than them. Mr.Blackfriar': Now tell me, and I ask you one last time. Mr.Blackfriar': White Rose transports in Texas. What were they doing there? Mr.Blackfriar': Liberty is not on a path from Omega to Rheinland. Mr.Blackfriar': And you do not send several transports to express your gratitude to Zoners. Mr.Blackfriar': And you most certainly did not deal with Liberty officials, since you were trying to convince me that... DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: They were most likely bringing diamonds to Planet Denver. We do not stoop to piracy, so that is one of our sources Mr.Blackfriar': You haven't seen Planet Denver for three months. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: of income. Mr.Blackfriar': No. Wrong answer. Mr.Blackfriar': Do not contradict yourself. Do you think I'm an idiot? That I forgot what you told me several minutes ago? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: I'll need to contact my Quartiermeister about letting me know about re-opening old trade routes. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: In any case, I'm telling the truth. I've considered every possibility, and this is the only one where I leave alive. Mr.Blackfriar': Either I'm retarded or you are, really. A famous 'Generaloberst' does not know what his men are doing? Mr.Blackfriar': There's only one way out of this alive. It's by telling the truth. Mr.Blackfriar': Only the truth can save you, 'herr'. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: I cannot monitor my people 24/7. I require them to report to me on important matters, but they did not this time. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Now look where it has landed me. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: You want the truth. I'm telling you that I overlooked something very important. Something that has upset the Hackers DWR|WTS-Hammersee: enough to track me down. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: That makes me incompetent, eh? Imcompetence kills, as you very well know. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: How many imcompetent corporates have died by your hand? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: How many foolish military pilots did you end? Mr.Blackfriar': You're incompetent enough, indeed. How did you get to this position, even? You've fallen to my hands too easy. Way too easy. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Now I am under your line of fire, because I was incompetent enough to end up here. Mr.Blackfriar': This is not about me. This is all for you, 'herr'. Mr.Blackfriar': Then admit it. You are incompetent leader. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: I just did. I was incompetent enough to not see what could end up being a diplomatic disaster. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: My failure to consider the possibilities and stay alert has rendered me foolish in my otherwise noble crusade. Mr.Blackfriar': Good. Doesn't it feel nice to say it? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Not particularly, but I suppose it was neccessary. Failure is the greatest teacher, after all. Mr.Blackfriar': Now, there's one last thing. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: What would that be? Mr.Blackfriar': You will drop the cargo and leave. Repent, herr Weis. Mr.Blackfriar': I will put a stop to this scharade. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: I have the civilian on the line. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Broadcast your plea, Frau Noboru. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Let him hear that I am not mistaken in helping you out. Mr.Blackfriar': You care more for profit than morale? DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: No. I want to save lives. Mr.Blackfriar': Just when I think there's something proper in you. Mr.Blackfriar': You will. You will save lives of your crew if you drop the cargo and leave back to Hamburg. Mr.Blackfriar': I assume it's time for another test of my weaponary? Mr.Blackfriar': Drop them, now! DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Then you get nothing, Frau. Mr.Blackfriar': Now leave. And pray to God we never meet again. Mr.Blackfriar': The next time I see you, it'l be the end of you. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: Your cargo is destroyed, because you would have me die before you could explain your situation to another. Mr.Blackfriar': Run, run you dog! DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: I cannot afford to die. Not when there is much good to be done in Rheinland. DWR|WTS-Hammersee: A: And, Mr. Blackfriar? Watch your back. Mr.Blackfriar': Likewise, mister Weis. Likewise...
The last phase of Mission 70 goes above and beyond the difficulty of "Advanced-level" missions.
After successfully manipulating Albert Weis of the Bundschuh my identity was still uncompromised. He still thought I was a corporate employee seeking his help and offering valuable intel. So I contacted him again on 20th of May to schedule a new meeting. He agreed but he insisted on scheduling this time in Frankfurt out of fear for the Lane Hackers. This system is outside our operational zones and he knows it. I had no choice but to accept.
The next day I met Geoff Enfield, Director of BDM. I was seeking the tools necessary to break Albert's mind, to force him to admit and reveal anything I wanted. I needed controversial information on DWR which would work as an angle, a leverage, during my interrogation. However the BDM proved once again their inefficiency when their Director had nothing to offer.
On the 26th of May I contacted Albert Weis who was in Texas witnessing the Attack on Sugarland. He was more confident this time because according to him "The Lane Hackers were busy with the attack so they wouldn't come to get him". How little he knew... I masterfully convinced him to come to Bremen system and take the same controversial cargo like last time.
When he saw my ship and my true affiliation, he was in awe for several seconds. He couldn't believe his eyes, he couldn't accept reality. Then I mania-interrogated the target however I was unable to complete all three ways which would qualify as a successful mania-interrogation because the target somehow held the belief that his life was not in danger. I was still selling him a story so I was carrying human cargo who were supposedly the former owners of my Pilgrim Liner. In the end, after intense pressure the target broke and started a delirium with symptoms similar to the Planet Harris syndrome. Further attempts to shake him up and bring him to reality were unsuccessful as he stopped responding altogether despite me jettisoning dozens of humans in-space and shooting them. Suddenly he didn't care for them, he only cared for his life proving once again his fake morality and double standards, both common traits among the Bundschuh.
Albert Weis met his end when the Rheinland Military discovered our location and attacked him. I first left the scene as I carrying Albert's human organs. His already heavily damaged transport was obliterated in a sub-atomic level when an angry Bismarck captain fired a Heavy Mortar. It is highly unlikely that he survived. Here is the collected evidence: [①②③④⑤⑥⑦]
Earlier today, I received information about a modular base within the New Hampshire system. I set out to dig it out, and it actually took me less time than I expected. The aforementioned modular base, named Westphalia Depot, is currently located in the orbit of Planet Laconia, within proximity of the Bremen Jump Hole minefield. It is in its early building stage, and its defenses are relatvely weak. Yet, given its transponder bearing Liberty Navy signals, as well as the Battleship Whitefield nearby, might make a possible allied assault on the base very treacherous.
Mission 63: Locate and investigate modular bases within and around Liberty Phase 1
I have pursued IC|Dallas into Colorado where it delivered Fusion Diodes to Wake Island Station just few clicks away from the Jump Gate. Unable to determine IFF.
While I was on a patrol route in northern Liberty, I stopped by Ames Research Station, in Kepler, where I found a modular installation in direct proximity of the station, named Aergia Research Facility.1 After ascertaining that Lane Hacker vessels are reckognized as neutral entities by the defense grid, I proceeded to request docking clearance, hwever the automated system denied my request.
Mission 63 Phase 2
After docking on Ames, I proceeded to contact the station's owners in regards to their goals and aims within Kepler. It turns out that the owner is none other than the Covenant of Auxesia; the first one to answer was, in fact, Keeper Leviathan, which also pointed out to an instance which happened in Inverness -that isn't though pertinent to the mission- to which Professor Provocateur Scorpius, and later on Emissary Weisen, intervened. As Keeper Leviathan then stated after Weisen's reply:
Keeper Leviathan Wrote:The facility in question is a small research and manufacturing outpost that was established with the intent to monitor the various dark matter clouds. We assumed there wouldn't be an issue, considering the facility's location within a Zoner-controlled environment. It seems this assumption was incorrect.
Regardless of the annoyance this situation had presented to our mutual friend here, I reiterate that the traversing of Inverness is something we take very seriously in any capacity. By right of negotiation and combat in less fortunate circumstance, we consider the system our territory. With the pending departure of the Atum Battlegroup, security is of the utmost importance as we maintain a scrutinizing monitor of their retreat. This means all vessels - regardless of affiliation or previous notice of intent - are subject to investigation until the security matter is resolved.
With this out of the way, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. We can discuss opening the facility to joint projects with the Lane Hackers, should you desire.
After our encounter with the GMP| vessels yesterday and the apparent relay to Provocateur Elektra King I began to investigate the locations of any facilities owned by this new group of freelancers. Their holding facility, as you may already know, is in Bering. The location specifically is just along the destroyed trade lane connecting Bristol to Marshall station. Judging by the encounter on site with one of their trade vessels, they are stocking up on Premium scrap - military hardware may not be out of the question. Indicating the obvious conclusion that profit is their end goal. During the encounter their trade vessels were willing to comply and submit credit payment - indicating that in today's word they're already making quite a sum.
It might not be trouble for us, but I believe our allies in the sector may want to know exactly what they're dealing with should it arise.

I have came across a newly constructed Modular base here in Liberty, Normally I would encode its location but considering its position It wont be secret for long. It orbits planet Manhattan and its name gives me the impression that it belongs to LPI and that it trains new recruit officers. Naturally it does not allow docking, but for the time being it does not seem to shoot at us on sight. It seems LPI- are the suppliers of this base (as expected) Evidence is hidden within the code.
apologies for my recent communication downtime, I thought it prudent whilst performing Mission 72, Phase 1.
"Phase 1, Standard, Single, Open
Perform reconnaissance of Lorraine system in accordance with the Technical Manual and present relevant guncam footage in your report."
This has now been completed, please find the information contained in the following.
Entrance to the system is via a jump hole in Omicron Tau, guarded by minefield. However, space debris and a wrecked ship are guides to the path through the minefield.
The jump hole exits in a minefield, and scanner immediately picks up a wreck, keep on right and you can exit minefield. Straight on until you are just past being abreast with the wreck, then 90 degrees right keeping wreck on right. Wreck contains nanobots.
The Lorraine system is reasonably large ~140 K by 140 K encompassing all signs of habitation. There is a Green Dwarf at the North of the system, but the main stellar objects compose a binary system consisting of a medium blue and a medium white star.
Listing of details follows.
There are two nebulae, in the east of the system, the Sarre Nebula to the north and Toul to the south.
The west of the system has two asteroid fields, Longwy to the north and La Thillot to the south.
There are 5 entrance/exit points, 2 are Gallic Jump gates and 3 are jump holes
The gate to Tau 53 exits here and is guarded by the GRN Battleship Venissieux. The gate to Burgundy exits here and the nearest guarding Battleship, the Rocroi is 10k away.
The jump Hole to Burgundy exits here, Tau 53 here and the Omicron Tau positions are shown in the opening guncams.
A number of wrecks see system map, possibly only useful thing contained was data recovered, naming a Gallic system I am unfamiliar with, Roussillion.
GRP and GRN patrols were evident with Serval and Caracal type vessels being employed, I saw no patrols of tonnage of Gunboat or above. The Gallic Corporations were busy with IDF, GMS and EFL all evident with trade vessels from Kusari, Samura, being frequently spotted. There was also a good deal of activity from Maquis, Brigand and Unione Corse vessels, whose bases were kind enough to show hospitality. Towards the south of the system Outcast fighters were also spotted.
a brief report linked to "Mission 72: Obtain intelligence on Gallic underworld
Phase 2, Standard, Single, Open
Search the Gallic underworld for any active Brigand group and establish contact with them. Special focus should be given in obtaining information about their operations and motives."
I had a brief encounter with [B]-Arnaud.Blanc in his BHF13 "Cuirassier" Brigand Heavy Fighter, a short conversation ensued, the gist of which is that the, whilst anti-Royal they are not really politically motivated. They are more interested in cash, either from collections or "escorting". Of course this is limited to one conversation but a jig-saw puzzle is composed of many pieces.
