It is nice to be again in Kusari after so long, yet no time for rest.
It looks like that anomaly has appeared in Kusari, I have seen such anomaly when I was on the mission in Liberty. Back then unstable jumphole appeared in New York system leading to a new uncharted system full of asteroids.
Crazy stuff was happening there, all kind of traders, miners, freelancers and even pirates were trying to get their hands on some interesting ore and export it out of the house space, rumors were that destination was somewhere in omicrons, unfortunately, this information is unconfirmed.
What I can confirm is that I managed to obtain several units of it, it is called "Narcrahtite". I'll be dropping it on Kansai since Nansei is not yet in the position to perform tests.Perhaps our scientists can run some tests and find out why everyone were so obsessed with it.
After that I'll try to check the anomaly in Kusari and see if it has any similarities to the one in Liberty, perhaps Kusari can profit from it if we find something of use there.
As ordered, Battleship Hotakadake and Battleship Shokaku joined to form a temporary battle-group, thereafter designated as Battle-group Hotakadake, towards the fulfillment of directive Nana-Roku: establish a bridgehead in the system recently identified by 53rd scouting division, colloquially referred as "Uncharted Kusari" by our scouts.
Assigned assets gathered close to Planet Kyushu gravity well. The battle-group was comprised of:
- Heavy unit Hotakadake - Battleship: Vice-Admiral Kawaguchi
- Heavy unit Shokaku - Battleship, Jump service : Rear-Admiral Yoshida
- Heavy unit Akagi - Destroyer: Rear-Admiral Yamamoto
- Heavy unit Burning Light - Destroyer
- Heavy unit Kashima - Destroyer
- Armored transport Asahi
- Interception wings Ichi-Rei and Go-San, respectively lead by Minamoto no Tametomo and Miyamoto Musashi (Squadron callsigns)
All units reported being fully ready and operational for a jump. Sadly, it appears one of the massive capacitors used by Battleship Shokaku jump drive suffered critical failure, leading to major discrepancies in astrogation computations. Heavy unit Akagi and Asahi were able to escape the jumping sequence in time while the rest of the Battle-group was sent to unknown space.
We ended up in quite a grim area, devoid of any activity and plagued with radiations. Our interception wings were sent to scout the vicinity, discovering several planets as well as what may be remains of a large planetoid scattered to solar winds. It is significant to note this system was a binary one, revolving around two stars.
Further exploration of the area revealed no life or any activity in the area whatsoever. Given the deadly radiations detected in the area, order was given to gather close to those large rocky formations that were quite reminiscent of the now lost Heaven's gate, so that another attempt could be made to jump to the hyperspace beacon deployed in 'Uncharted Kusari', thanks to the help of 66th.
Thankfully, our most excellent engineers were able to repair the damage done to that faulty capacitor during our exploration of system "Grim". The next jump proved to be quite successful, moving the battle-group close to that Freeport owned by those "Pioneers" Zoners encountered by our scouts.
Heavy unit Shokaku positioned itself to defend the Freeport from any aggression, while heavy unit Hotakadake retreated further into the asteroid field. Vice-Admiral Kawaguchi indeed reported the battleship suffered significant damage while exploring system "Grim". A request for repair equipment has already been sent to Battleship Myoko command.
Vice-Admiral Kawaguchi also asked me to mention that conversation with a Zoner present on scene. TheProfessor: ?: Who is the leader of the battle group? KDS-Hotakadake: Kawaguchi: Right now that would be me, Munehiko Kawaguchi.
TheProfessor: ?: A drone carrying a Hyperspace module mk 2 is close to this system. KDS-Hotakadake: Kawaguchi: Interesting. Any information on it's papers?
TheProfessor: ?: It was part of a plan to help the Pioneers. But... just as you... I am waiting for them. KDS-Hotakadake: Kawaguchi: We will be there shortly. They are obviously free to approach the Freeport.
TheProfessor: ?: The issue is ... that without any of you being able to dock the Freeport, you cannot mount the Hyperspace Scanner. KDS-Hotakadake: Kawaguchi: That is not an issue. We are not supposed to mount it on this vessel.
TheProfessor: ?: No ship larger than a Freighter can come through the JH. KDS-Hotakadake: Kawaguchi: The Shokaku support vessel is the one supposed to mount it.
TheProfessor: ?: The Axe looking thing? KDS-Hotakadake: Kawaguchi: Yes, the Tokugawa-class vessel.
TheProfessor: ?: What I could do, is wait here if they appear and try to get them to give you clrearance to dock. The other KNF-san, the Monk? it think, can dock . KDS-Hotakadake: Kawaguchi: Ideally we would want every vessel in this system containing KDS- in their callsign to be granted docking rights.
TheProfessor: ?: KDS, KNF? are they different? KDS-Hotakadake: Kawaguchi: Indeed. Currently only the primary fleet vessels with the [KNF] callsigns are able to freely dock on the Freeport. We would want the secondary fleet vessels with KDS- callsigns to be granted the docking rights.
TheProfessor: ?: So your ship can dock? KDS-Hotakadake: Kawaguchi: It can not at this moment.
TheProfessor: ?: My mistake, I was looking at the KNF one in front of my ship. Thank you for your time, and for the fact that you came here to help. KDS-Hotakadake: Kawaguchi: No problem. We will have to deploy this vessel at a range of 25 KM from the base, and supply the necessary. Batteries, nanobots and so on tomorrow. The support vessel Shokaku will stay here for now.
TheProfessor: ?: This will help against the Defilers... the last encounter was pretty rough... KDS-Hotakadake: Kawaguchi: Indeed, we are aware. Once we survey the area and bring more capital vessels in, it is going to be much easier. That is it for now. Kawaguchi out.
Battle-group Hotakadake will attempt to have a word with the representatives of these Zoners while consolidating our position in the area. Hyperspace survey should be achievable within Forty-Eight hours.

Konbanwa,
Following the successful jump into the newly discovered system by Battlegroup Shokaku on the 21st with the help of 66th entity 'Itsumaden', the 66th has begun the deployment of additional forces into the system. However, due to the instability of the jump hole and the risk of initiating Hyperspace jumps, the 66th will not be sending any heavy warships into the system. As of now, the 86th ‘Zero’ and 75th 'Byakko' flight wings with their subsidiaries have been dispatched to Shokaku, more forces are planned to be deployed within the next 48 hours. As such, the 66th will hold all operational jurisdiction in the uncharted system according to Naval Forces protocls and the 66th Mandate.
The 66th has begun efforts to explore the system and identify points and zones of interest. The following is a preliminary report of our findings:
66th Preliminary Report
System Structure:
An analog system revolving around one sun with a soft and sparse asteroid field caused by a spatial explosion overlaps the system, with two nebulas occupying the southern side of the system; one of which holds the anomaly back to Shikoku.
Planets and luminaries:
The system contains three planets and one planetoid, in addition to one luminary star.
In the southern part of the system, NavMap coordinates Delta-Epsilon-Seven, a Blue Gas Giant exists. The giant is surrounded by sparse asteroids, but most importantly a large rock that apparently has been taken as home to a group dubbed as 'The Defilers'.
Further to the southeast lies yet another red gas planet, distinguished by its large atmosphere and strong gravity field. Any ship approaching the planet is advised to keep a safe distance to avoid being caught in its field. Possible useful substances, most likely uninhabitable.
A burning planet occupies sector Delta-Four, apparently flooded by lava and raging volcanos. The planet is located in close orbit to the sun, which most likely propagates its fiery nature. Nothing of interest or importance has been noted. Uninhabitable.
Lastly, a rock formation has been noted and located in the northeast of the system, NavMap coordinates Gamma-Two. The rock formation is currently in accretion phase, surrounded by lava-like pebbles and rock that are actively entering the formation, evidently leading into a complete planet.
Local inhabitants and installations:
We have come to acknowledge that the system is inhabited by two rival groups or organizations; The Pioneers, a Zoner organization that owns a Freeport in the vicinity of the rock formation mentioned earlier in the report. There has been no contact with any official high-ranking member of the organization so far; however, it is important to note that Naval Forces ships have been granted access to the installation. Said organization has yet to deliver a response to the Naval Forces communique.
The second organization is known as 'The Defilers', an unlawful violent group that bases its operations from the asteroid installation in the vicinity of the blue giant. The organization has displayed hostile behavior towards elements of the Naval Forces earlier in Shikoku, and their ships have been shot down consequently.
Various groups have taken interest in the system; namely the Forlorn Hope, Outcast-tied Commune, Auxesia and even the Order- who had their lone reconnaissance agent shot down. And as such, the 66th high echelon advises to limit the ongoing traffic into the system and declare a restricted military zone until 66th and Naval Forces operations have been concluded.
[22.02.2018 21:00:37] Death: Order|Hellhound was put out of action by [KNF]'Nobushi',|66th (Gun).
Auxesia elements have declared their intention of investigating the system for any hazardous materials and technology, and I am unsure to what extent we can hold that trustworthy. They've been giving a free ticket in the system until a consensus about the traffic control in the system has been reached.
The 66th will be dispatching elements from the 853rd to 859th squadrons to the Shokaku to assist in the efforts, supported by the 23rd fast-response unit. In addition, the 86th Mobile Logistics Division has already started supply runs. Finally, the Fifth Special Operations Group from Kusari Interstellar Special Forces has taken headquarters in Battlegroup Shokaku, the group is ready to seize and occupy any installation in case negotiations with the local inhabitants fail.
This concludes today's report.
Power in Unity,
Signed,
Hayashimura Kiyoko, Kaisho-ho
CO 66th Special Expeditionary Battlegroup
5FLT, Kusari Naval Forces
I have been instructed by Hayashimura-sama to send this field report with the utmost haste, how ever i will keep it detailed but somewhat brief as I'm still operating out of Battleship Sado at this time. Myself along with Sahiko.Masaki, received a request from Hayashimura-sama to rendezvous with a small Battlegroup from the 66th branch of the naval forces outside battleship Sado in Tohoku, at which point we were debriefed by Hayashimaru on the primary and secondary objectives of our operation.
Primary objective:identify the route of trade and disrupt any logistical convoy of the blood dragons Secondary Objectives: Identify any points of interest with in the system
Naval forces assets used in the operation: Umibozu class bomber vessel (primary fleet) [KNF]li.Minomoto.No.Tametomo Wyvern Class very heavy fighter Escort vessel (reserve fleet) Sahiko.Msaaki
66th branch of naval forces assets used: *Classified* very heavy fighter vessel with callsign "Nuboshi" *classified* Bomber vessel with callsign "Ubume"
the 66th Battle group was operating on intelligence that suggested that the Blood dragons were using the Omicron Epsilon system as a Corridor to aid the transportation of Various supplies, which as we understand these supplies are given to them by none other than the Order.
When Hayashimura-sama was done with the debrief, callsign "Nuboshi" took the lead as we headed out to investigate this epsilon anomaly. callsign "Umbume" was given the protocol of lead scouting vessel.
Upon reaching the JumpHole we were given the all clear to jump through to investigate further, and our findings may somewhat surprise you.
first finding:
upon entering the system we began our reconnaissance patrol we came across a giant structure which upon further investigation was a Nomad layer which was heavily defended by a minefield however there is possibilities to get small vessels through this minefield so for the purpose of further operations with in the system i believe that it should not impede reconnaissance operations or more "classified operations" but I advise fighters and bombers are only to be used as casualties and losses sustained on much bigger vessels would be catastrophic to our naval forces.! 1 2
I have enclosed a bit of the transcript of communications identifying this:
[23.02.2018 22:49:52] [KNF]'Ubume'|66th: Abort! Abort!
[23.02.2018 22:49:55] [KNF]'Ubume'|66th: Mines ahead.
[23.02.2018 22:50:03] [KNF]'Nobushi'|66th: Keep your distance.
[23.02.2018 22:50:16] [KNF]'Nobushi'|66th: Move around and identify an entry point.
[23.02.2018 22:50:22] [KNF]'Ubume'|66th: Ryoukai!
[23.02.2018 22:50:48] Sahiko.Masaki: Considering the patern of the mines, with a slow flight, we could pass through I think.
[23.02.2018 22:50:57] [KNF]'Nobushi'|66th: Good observation.
[23.02.2018 22:51:06] [KNF]'Ubume'|66th: Maybe they are just anti heavy unit ones?
[23.02.2018 22:51:12] [KNF]'Nobushi'|66th: Proceed through the minefield. Steadily.
[23.02.2018 22:51:30] [KNF]'Nobushi'|66th: Ah. Magnificent.
[23.02.2018 22:51:31] [KNF]'Ubume'|66th: Well.
[23.02.2018 22:51:37] [KNF]'Ubume'|66th: This thing is awfully familiar!
[23.02.2018 22:51:45] [KNF]'Ubume'|66th: Do you remember...
[23.02.2018 22:51:49] Sahiko.Masaki: The lair has a good range. It was already shooting at me.
[23.02.2018 22:52:11] [KNF]'Ubume'|66th: That odd system which was disruption all astrogation instruments?
[23.02.2018 22:52:16] [KNF]'Ubume'|66th: Disrupting, even.
[23.02.2018 22:52:28] [KNF]'Nobushi'|66th: Nomad vessels have started appearing.
[23.02.2018 22:52:32] [KNF]'Nobushi'|66th: Clear out.
im well aware that the High Command and the 66th division as well as most of the senior members of the Naval forces probably already know of this but i decided to include this in my report nevertheless. i want to be as thorough as time allows me.
upon resuming our Recon patrol we came across possible remnants of a battle between the CORE and the Order transcript of communications:
[23.02.2018 22:57:29] [KNF]'Nobushi'|66th: Wreckage.
[23.02.2018 22:57:57] [KNF]'Ubume'|66th: Oh that thing blew up.
[23.02.2018 22:58:04] [KNF]'Nobushi'|66th: Indeed so.
[23.02.2018 22:58:22] [KNF]'Nobushi'|66th: Looks like a battle between the Core and the Order, through what the audio recordings tell.
[23.02.2018 22:58:37] [KNF]'Ubume'|66th: Uhoh..
unfortunately the imagery has come back negative and is too distorted to utilize.
next we made our way down to quadron Echo 8 as to which we came across a planetoid that we have since discovered to be called Phoenicia Phoenicia planetary information:
Phoenicia is an arctic world, which also has an extensive ring system and upon further investigation we have concluded;
planets Diameter: 13,348 km
Planetary Mass: 6.10 x 10e24 kg
Planetary Temperature:-115°C to 10°C
Planet Inhabited: No
Expointable Resources: Inconclusive [side note:due to the planets chaotic drop in temperature it is highly unlikely that colonising the planet would be achievable in the foreseeable future, However mining operations could potentially be achievable providing a more extensive reconnaissance of the planets surface being achieved, i would also like to add that this would probably lead to high costs of researching and development of sustainable mining equipment to withstand the freezing temperatures but the pros and cons of this must be weighed up if this is something you may wish to pursue further.]
Other planetary information in the system are as follows:
A gas Giant known as planet Tunis information on the planet are ;
planetary Diameter :67,312 km
Planetary Mass:29.24 x 10e24 kg
Inhabitable: No
Exploitable resources : None [Side note: planet has no further need to be assessed as its a gas giant and all relevant information has been ascertained]
Moon planetoid known as Callista;
A Planetary Moon which after which preliminary scans have indicated it is a composed of methane and rock and lacks any form of sufficient mass to allow for any kind of atmosphere.
noted information:
Moon Diameter :3,509 km
Moon Mass :2.31 x 10e24 kg
Moon Temperature :-240°C to -14°C [side note: due to the planets barren surface terraforming or installation of a operation base is unlikely due to the severe changes that occur on the surface]
as you can tell our planetary reconnaissance has been rather thorough .
the battle group decided to move on and try and establish more links to our primary objective, However we did happen to stumble upon order pilots with liquid cardamine, we were unable to establish if they were using this or trying to transport it [Sidenote: a sample was taken and later delivered to Battleship yokosuka for further analysis.]
shortly after this incident we came across an Order Osiris class Battleship, whos commanding officer had stated when questioned about the vessel *see Hayashimura last report*;
[23.02.2018 23:34:31] Order|CV-Osiris: ?: "The ships under my command are instructed not to enter house space, unless there is a significant nomadic presence that -
[23.02.2018 23:34:35] Order|CV-Osiris: needs dealing with."
so perhaps the Order vessel that was dealt with in the Uncharted System was acting under rogue intents and purposes? how ever this information coming from an Order operative no matter how high up cannot be fully trusted.
a Blood dragon vessel was caught and decloaked by "umbume" how ever i was not able to ascertain information on the vessel but it does lead us to the potential discovery that they are quite possibly using Omicron Epsilon as a corridor from either Omicron Mu or other systems further out to bring they're ill gotten gains and plans, into Core Kusari Space...
transcript as follows:
23.02.2018 23:53:50] BD|AU-Yanabayashi: Homura: Gunnery, power to the secondary turrets.
[23.02.2018 23:54:01] [KNF]'Nobushi'|66th: Good luck with that.
[23.02.2018 23:54:09] [KNF]'Ubume'|66th: Already? Uhoh.
[23.02.2018 23:54:31] Sahiko.Masaki: And the agent here was talking about the lack of manners..
[23.02.2018 23:54:36] BD|AU-Yanabayashi: Homura: And why are you, pests, swarm here all of a sudden? Shouldn't you sit in home with your families, trembling in fear?
[23.02.2018 23:54:38] [KNF]li.Tametomo-San: hai indeed
[23.02.2018 23:54:49] [KNF]'Ubume'|66th: Oh that's a very good line.
[23.02.2018 23:55:04] [KNF]'Nobushi'|66th: Oh. I think I spit inside my helmet.
[23.02.2018 23:55:12] [KNF]'Nobushi'|66th: That was truly hilarious, dragon.
[23.02.2018 23:55:27] [KNF]'Nobushi'|66th: Thanks for giving me a good laugh. Truly.
[23.02.2018 23:55:28] BD|AU-Yanabayashi: Homura: I believe you should. But, somehow, you try your best to appear 'brave'.
[23.02.2018 23:55:47] [KNF]'Nobushi'|66th: Are we not?
[23.02.2018 23:55:49] [KNF]li.Tametomo-San: it would appear you have lied to us battle ship osiris ?
[23.02.2018 23:56:04] Order|CV-Osiris: ?: "Lied? No. This is not the right comms signature."
[23.02.2018 23:56:29] BD|AU-Yanabayashi: Homura: You are not. Apparently. However, your efforts in poking into Omicrons are even respectable.
[23.02.2018 23:56:42] [KNF]li.Tametomo-San: you was trying to cover theyre escape through to kusari core space was you not?
[23.02.2018 23:56:52] [KNF]'Nobushi'|66th: We've been initiating Omicrons operations for quite a few years, actually.
[23.02.2018 23:56:52] Order|CV-Osiris: ?: "I was not."
[23.02.2018 23:57:09] [KNF]'Nobushi'|66th: He most likey was, but you can't really blame him for that.
[23.02.2018 23:57:12] Order|CV-Osiris: ?: "Could you get your facts straight before mindlessly lobbing accusations?"
[23.02.2018 23:57:28] [KNF]li.Tametomo-San: hai this is true, mindlessly no not at all! im just stating it based on what im seeing for my self
[23.02.2018 23:57:30] 2018-02-23 23:57:23 SMT Traffic control alert: BD|AU-Yanabayashi has requested to dock
[23.02.2018 23:57:44] [KNF]'Nobushi'|66th: Aw.
[23.02.2018 23:57:55] [KNF]'Ubume'|66th: Bravery.
[23.02.2018 23:58:06] [KNF]'Nobushi'|66th: The commander just told their crew to ready to open fire, but then proceeded to moore.
this action in itself has confirmed that our intelligence of the blood dragons and the Order working hand in hand in some way shape or form is correct and leads me to stress the need to increase our operations with in the Tohoku System and possible patrols into Epsilon to try and deter or halt the strides and boldness that the Blood dragons are seeming to take, We must also with take due consideration on our stance with the Order to try and disrupt their willingness to Help the Dragons, but these are not decisions for me to make.
I hope i haven't missed out on any information... or if clarification is needed please contact Hayashimura-sama as she will have more extensive information at hand, and I must return to the active field of duty.
Arigato for your time

After the recent encounter with the terrorist group called Defilers, I have received a report from one of the pilots from the secondary fleet. He shared some interesting information regarding the AI and why they are present here. Looks like they believe that Pioneers are holding some nomad artifacts, logs attached:

[24.02.2018 14:10:58] Ahura: "To retrieve the mechanism of those that came before, to be put to their origin purpose."
[24.02.2018 14:11:56] Sahiko.Masaki: Those that came before.. I assume you're talking about an ancient species?
[24.02.2018 14:12:05] Sahiko.Masaki: Or simply those Pioneers ?
[24.02.2018 14:12:47] Ahura: "Likelyhood high that the pioneers have recovered K'vosh artifacts through their presence near the celestial cache."

End of Report.
Elements belonging to 53rd scouting division have reported an increasing presence in the uncharted system Pioneers Zoners settled in. Today, following positive signatures detection, strike group Takahashi was sent to eliminate the threat.
The battle was an uneasy one. Both Heavy units Takahashi and Mogami were significantly damaged during the encounter, forcing the strike group to fallback towards Battleship Shokaku.
Blood Dragons appears to have suffered significant losses as well. Given the increasing presence of Blood Dragons heavy units in the system, I have taken the decision to relocate Battleship Shokaku far from the Freeport, further in the asteroid field, where Blood Dragons scouts won't be able to locate it for a while.
Shokaku fighters wings will still patrol the area around the Freeport to make sure civilian population stays unarmed.
Heavy unit Takahashi and Mogami will have to be ex-filtrated for extensive repairs on Yokohama shipyard. Our fighters wings will make sure this operation goes smoothly.
As a consequence, I formally request reinforcements to increase our projection capabilities in the system, both to repel Blood Dragons and to protect the civilian population present in the system.
Sorry for the delay in updating you with this report..A communications system error, has delayed getting this report out and subsequently also stopped me from resuming active patrols . I shall have to keep it relatively short and sweet, but there are two main instances that i would like to raise awareness to:
Incident one: Kusari assets involved:
-Heavy battleship Atago
-A bomber wing from Battle-group Hotakadake lead by myself
Civilian witness:
a transport vessel by the call sign of:
- Incarnation
At the beginning of my patrol coming from Battleship Hyono in the honshu system I looped round via Akita Border Station and Planet Honshu and headed towards Yukawa shipyard and which point i was greeted by a britonian Invincible class Carrier the vessel went by the callsign of Rudy, none of the Transponder data or personal identification registered in our database, Nor did the person in the control of that vessel seem to be of any military relevance so perhaps that means the vessel has been commandeered?
here is some of the conversation logs:
[19.03.2018 19:26:54] [KNF]li.M.N.Tametomo: should you be flying a carrier ?
[19.03.2018 19:27:18] Rudy: greetings, i am on a mission
[19.03.2018 19:27:26] [KNF]li.M.N.Tametomo: from where exactly?
[19.03.2018 19:27:30] [KNF]li.M.N.Tametomo: and whom sent you?
[19.03.2018 19:28:01] Incarnation: Eh...
[19.03.2018 19:28:17] Rudy: i am doing some money, just that
[19.03.2018 19:28:40] [KNF]li.M.N.Tametomo: do you have clearance to be doing that in kusari space thats a military grade vessel
[19.03.2018 19:29:09] [KNF]li.M.N.Tametomo: and your transponder isn't relating to anything
The vessel had cut engines and was co-operating fully and was later advised to leave kusari space via Sigma 13 and also warned if it was seen again without authorisation by the Kusari government and Naval forces it would be destroyed on sight Heavy unit Atago provided long range assistance as the vessel was escorted out by the bomber wing.
Heavy Unit Atago then stationed itself in low orbit of planet Honshu to monitor the area.
Incident two: Kusari assets involved:
-Heavy destroyer Chokai
-A bomber wing from Battle-group Hotakadake lead by myself
Civilian witness:
civilian grade vessel Boring.Boer
Transport vessel designated-Yarik
Criminals involved:
-Rogue Gunboat call sign Vine.Reson
-Civilian Eagle Very heavy fighter call sign Dalton
I was informed by a civilian trader vessel designated Boring.Boer about pirate activity happening in colorado and took note of what the vessels were conversation log as follows :
[19.03.2018 19:49:44] Boring.Boer: Howdy, Kusari.
[19.03.2018 19:49:49] [KNF]li.Tametomo-San: konnichiwa
[19.03.2018 19:50:08] Boring.Boer: You oughta know there's been some bandits creepin' round Colorado.
[19.03.2018 19:51:19] [KNF]li.Tametomo-San: hai understood, any information on the ships these pirates was flying?
[19.03.2018 19:51:27] Boring.Boer: Oh, well of course!
[19.03.2018 19:51:46] Boring.Boer: One of 'em was a slick Rogue in an ol' Condor gunboat.
[19.03.2018 19:52:19] Boring.Boer: The other was flashin' a lancer IFF in one o' those Eagle fighters, but he seemed keen on moochin' off the Rogue's pickings.
i took note of this information handed to me and decided to head into Shikoku just to make sure no trouble had followed this unwitting outsider, Upon jumping through and starting to move through the trade lane towards Planets seto and Junyo and found the two criminals already into they're pirating activities.
conversation logs as follows:
[19.03.2018 19:58:26] Vine.Reson: You gotta stand up for youself man. Don't let those fat corporates boss you around!
[19.03.2018 19:58:36] Yarik: Do I have a choice?
[19.03.2018 19:58:54] Vine.Reson: Well is this better?
[19.03.2018 19:58:59] [KNF]li.Tametomo-San: vine i suggest you stop what your doing
[19.03.2018 19:59:12] Yarik: Better than being broke, I say.
[19.03.2018 19:59:19] Vine.Reson: What the.. oh hello!
[19.03.2018 19:59:29] Yarik: At least I have a job and at least they are paying me.
[19.03.2018 19:59:29] Vine.Reson: You got this the wrong way officer!
[19.03.2018 19:59:50] [KNF]li.Tametomo-San: i dont think i have rogue
[19.03.2018 20:00:02] Dalton: Its getting better and better. Now everyone is thinking we are the bad guys... We just wanna help. right?
[19.03.2018 20:00:12] Vine.Reson: I wasn't going to pirate this man, not after what he told me.
[19.03.2018 20:00:25] [KNF]li.Tametomo-San: help who and what?
[19.03.2018 20:00:31] Yarik: I'm not beggin'.
[19.03.2018 20:00:46] Dalton: His life is a tragedy. He is our friend now.
[19.03.2018 20:01:15] Yarik: I'm alright for tipin a million into another pirat's purse.
[19.03.2018 20:01:20] [KNF]li.Tametomo-San: i see so your trying to get him to help you in your deeds
[19.03.2018 20:01:30] Vine.Reson: Hey hey. No need to do that.
[19.03.2018 20:01:41] Vine.Reson: You need that more than I do.
Yarik then proceeded to leave before i could gather what else had taken place, A fine was issued and the vessels were escorted out of the system to kepler with assistance from Heavy Unit Chokai and was also informed if they were seen again in kusari space they would be destroyed on sight and I advised all other transports in the area upon my return from the kepler jumpgate to find an alternative route into liberty space.
Fine Issued:
Ten (10) Million Credits
the fine was received but due to ongoing photographic systems faults there is no picture evidence attached.
I also request that these Criminals be added to Our Criminal Database for future references.

Topic: Patrol report
Masaru Takeda reporting,
Ohayō, today Aomori Station reported an unsual high activity of Outcasts near the Sigma-19 Jump Gate. I decided to take a look and was greeted by two Outcast and a Gaian Transport, the Gaian vessel was a Corsair Essedarius Train class, carrying Artifacts. We shall not allow such act within our borders! The Cargo has been destroyed and the Gaian escaped after the Outcasts tractored remains of the cargo. The Outcasts have been removed from Kusarian space.
This is everything for now.
Signed,
Takeda Masaru,
Nito Kaii of the Kusari Naval Forces
As you know, most of the Kusari Naval Forces active formations have been put on high alert after the declaration of hostilities with Rheinland. Even a lot of reserve units have been called to bolster our lines. We are not to have another surprise campaign like last time.
The quick deployment of the Hyono battlegroup, already part of the KNF security forces that were guarding the House sanctioned security corridor, prevented a complete rout in face of the Rheinland forces, who had been intensifying their contingent for months to apply harsh oppression on the Gas Miners Guild. It's concerning that the Government was willing to turn a blind eye on the whole mess, as long as Kusari interests or lives were not in danger. Well, they all were in danger from the start.
I have been recently redeployed to the Honshu system, where I received orders to sortie in assistance to frontline operations.
I was not able to do much in terms of combat, but was able to capture some few recon photos of enemy fleet movements, who seemed to have the numbers advantage during my sortie.
In addition to these records, some strange sightings on the area of operations, which I wasn't able to investigate further due to heavy enemy presence.
The Rheinland is boisterous, and its pilots tenacious, hungry for blood. I managed to outlast my pursuers with a silver of fuel on my engines, as the heavy evasive maneuvers worn them out and made them gave up the chase.
To the esteemed members of the Naval Forces High Command,
As evidenced by latest war reports and mission debriefings, the situation in the Shizuoka Military District front has reached a stalemate. Limited deployment of our forces, as well as vague operational goals have led us to very little results on the battlefield, with KNF having little interest in targeting Rheinland logistical support in the rear lines, and unable to bring a decisive push upon the enemy Bayern Fleet and clearing the contested territory.
On the other hand, commanders in the field have remained vigilant, and although the Rheinland Military did some attempts of intruding within Honshu, or routing our forces in the system, our frontline held and we remain committed to securing the Shizuoka system, and the Saigon Planet.
However, it has become clear that the situation will not evolve favorably in the status quo. Rheinland may have pulled some units back to handle other affairs, but our front units are also suffering from frequent command rotation, and no cohesive effort to improve our situation from a purely defensive one is possible under these conditions.
I may not speak for the thoughts of our political class, or the desires of our citizens, or the opinions of our GMG partners in the field, but perhaps the current situation is favorable for a renewed diplomatic approach to the Sigma crisis.
As a senior officer of the Kusari Naval Intelligence, and member of the Kusari Naval Forces fighting for our county, I humbly request the KNF High Command, and the honorable Shogun, to take steps to arrange a period of truce in the Shizuoka Military District, and to urge our political representatives to double their diplomatic efforts in attaining a definitive solution that will return the peace to our House.
Until then, our forces will do the utmost efforts to maintain our ground, and ensure a suitable position to conduct these negotiations.
I pray for our continued success.
Majin, signing off.
