There is not, but it is pretty easy. All you need to do is to put all your cash in the char and use that char to drawcash and sendcash.
The commands that are useful are:
/set cashcode <password>
/sendcash <charname> <amount of cash>
/drawcash <bankcharname> <password> <amount of cash>
You need to run the "/set cashcode" command on your bank char and set up a password. Once you've done that, you can use that to "/drawcash" from that char.

Thank you. Is there a cap amount to the creds it can carry? I was told anymore that a Billion will cause some sort of degradation problem with the char or is that if I take it in space after it has 1 billion creds?
It's actually 2 billion, however the ship and equipment also count toward the value of the character, so as NoMe said, I wouldn't go over 1.7 bil, on a light fighter or something. Maybe even just the starter ship.
That said, I'd say you'd be even safer to cap it at 1billion per bank.
I have many designated 'Bank' Ships and they are all restart Ships. I cap the limit at 1.9 billion on each and I have never experienced any problems.
The actual figure is closer to 2.1 billion but it is always better to be safe than sorry.
