I suppose I should be outraged by this, by some upstart attempting to cut into the business of an ally. But I'm not upset at all. In addition to other reasons, competition should drive people to deliver a better product for better prices - and to treat their employees better or risk losing them to the competitors. Tyranny invariably brings dissent, a lesson that some should very soon learn.
I am officially declaring my neutrality in this matter. I will not aid in any conflict between Outcast smugglers. Likewise, however, I will not escort any Cardamine smugglers, no matter their affiliation. I will not get involved in the firefight that I expect to come of this.

It seems certain fleets within our military are accepting money from the we'll call them Brovo Lema Sierra.
