The cabinet is considering imposing the restrictions on the shipping of said goods within kusari by anyone other than the Liberty producers and operators of Ageira patented technology, as well as Kusari trustworthy native corporations that participate in development projects. This way, we can curtail several situations where the said technology could be stolen or sold to other parties and foreign agents not acting in conformity with Kusari law.

We are thankful for your swift legislation that put as in awe of how quickly it was reacted to and acted on. It is inspirational.
When it comes to these White Boxes, we do in fact protect them as best as we can and every container has large disclaimer in addition to verbal reminded towards every captain obtaining them. We will never stop improving security of our products in order to protect them from misuse by criminals and terrorists.
We have missed the fact that new legislature previously granted the law exclusion for Kusari Corporations to transport Ageira White Boxes. We would like you to remedy this by removing such line that could result in upsetting misunderstanding if captains employed by your corporation would believe that obtaining our proprietary product and shipping it in Kusari would be acceptable. It would not be. Ageira White Boxes are fully restricted product that only Ageira, DSE and Universal have the rights to ship across Sirius.

I have reviewed your latest suggestion, and find it counter-productive.
At your request, we have implemented measures to impede the transportation by less than reputed entities of this product of Ageira, and the keiretsu are an essential part of the Empire logistics and maintenance of our infrastructure. Even if Ageira deploys a maintenance team for every single lane or gate in our territories, those teams need to be supplied, and we have decided on who shall do that, even on the event that DSE or another Libertonian is not available.
The problem is, in my view, on the policy of Ageira. You promote these white boxes as a product of your company, place them on the market, and yet lobby for no one to buy them and ship where it's needed? Stop selling them then! Add them to the costs of your services, rather than billing them separately.
Don't want people operating under Kishiro Technologies or Samura Industries to ship such valuable equipment to where is required to be in Kusari? I think you have several options at your disposal that require no fines or legal confrontation for your cargo.
Our regulations shall remain as they are for the moment.

Neither Kishiro Technologies, nor Samura Industries have authorization to obtain or ship Ageira White Boxes. Should they be observed doing it, the consequences and sanctions that follow will be harsh against your revered corporations who you seem to put above unobstructed faster-than-light travel through Kusari systems that have been designed, shipped and constructed by Ageira, Universal and DSE. Maintenance has been carried out by the same authorized corporations without any Kusari Corporations' involvement due to restrictive nature of our product.
If you wish us to stop "selling" them to Kusari, we just might so and leave your house traffic crumble in few months without required maintenance conducted by authorized personnel. Should you wish us to cease maintenance services, we urge you to stop using our products as well. Perhaps a trial period if some sorts? We will hear from you in few decades then, when you finally traverse from one system to the next one without the use of Jump Gates or when communications without our network finally reaches advanced civilizations who have been using our products in the meantime.
We have spotted Jump Gate and Trade Lane construction sites in Frankfurt and Sigma-15 that of EFL origin. It is clear that Rheinland wishes to expand upon Sigma systems via reliable although inferior connection. We understand that the current conflict is of high importance to your respected house and we wish to inquire whether you have plans to start expanding upon same systems from your own Empire by the use of our trusted, efficient and minimalistic Jump Gate and Trade Lane Network?

Despite diplomatic and military tension in the Sigma cluster affecting our peaceful development in the area, it is the will of Kusari and its government to colonize and bring the Shizuoka system to the same level of developed star systems that Kusari boasts. It has been stated so in the proclamation our Prime Minister issued a few months ago. While the status of the Shizuoka Colonial Comission is suspended during the state of military conflict and the declaration of martial law in teh system in question, that should not hinder us from beginning work within the Honshu system, our planned point of contact with the currently Sigma-21 system.
I believe that according to internal communications, we were requesting Samura industries to devise the project for a build site and further contacts with jumpgate developers for the Honshu side of the Honshu-Shizuoka gate project. However, we have not received sufficient input from the Keiretsu regarding this matter, therefore we appreciate Ageira Innovations initiative. The Ministry of Economy and Industry will take the lead in this project, and conduct the required negotiations.
We are considering commissioning the construction of a gate to be paired to a terminal in the Sigma-21 system at a later date, and a trade lane connecting to either Akita Border Station junction, or to the former Osaka Junction. We are prepared to shoulder the cost of a viability survey of both variants, and the study of a Project Budget Proposal (including paired gate in Shizuoka, at a later phase). These are required for the Government to decide and agree to grant the company the commission to build the referred gate and lane in the Honshu system, and the later phase in Shizuoka.
Please inform us at your earliest convenience the required expenditures for your studies, so we may issue the required funds.

We are excited to hear that your vision matches our conclusion. As such we will start survey of Honshu and Sigma-21 systems for best position for Jump Gates in order to determine compliance with Dual Extension Vectography System (DEVS) requirements. Our surveys are conducted by our own funding so there is no need to cover that part of expenses. Once we pinpoint possible locations for Jump Gates, we will inform you of our findings and proceed to planning and financing part of the project.
We have determined a suitable location for planned Jump Gate to Sigma-21. Trade Lane extension will have to be built to reach D7 and D8 in Honshu System, where the construction site will be enacted for constructing the Jump Gate itself. We hope that you can secure the financing and insurance via Interspace Commerce services as with all previous projects.
Secondly, we hope that you understand the nature of this project will no doubt be met with distrust in Rheinland therefore we need to balance out the position Ageira will be putting themselves into.
