Few days ago, I conducted recon flight in Auvergne, staging from Vichy and planned to visit Besancon Freeport, to re-fuel and gather some rumors around. As for usual, I was trying to stay concealed within nebulas as long as possible, more over, I was trying to stay out of Le Cendre sight, so I took big hook around, flying through Couze.
I picked enemy contacts near planet Brioude. Those were capital ships of La Marine Royale Gauloise and other fleet's Valor-class battleship, and some type of capital ship of unknown origins with unmanned drones defending it. Royalists were ignoring my presence, so I approached closer, trying to collect as much data and debris, my Gecko could take. I haven't tried to approach enemy ships any closer, because unknown ship had very powerful point-defense, so I stayed on safe distance and observed situation. After some time, I was attacked by few heavily-damaged unmanned drones, which were not very dangerous to me, so I ran every type of scan my ship was capable of and then got rid of them. Results are attached with this report. Personally I want to say, that those were very complicated and strange ships. I can recall, that those models are widely spread in Sirius, but they were capable of generating far more energy, supporting double antimatter cannons and very powerful thrusters.
After some struggle, royalists finally destroyed vessel. I was thinking about trying to rush for picking up some valuable debris, but they had that new Triumph-class destroyer, so I decided not to try be daring, and flee to Marne, with remains of those unmanned drones and scan results. Gecko with all debris on-board currently is situated in quarantine zone of Marne military port.
I suggest, that we are facing some kind of new enemy force, which is far more technological, than we are. I suggest contacting Sirius-based organisations.

At around 20:02:27 on 741.05.13, a vessel bearing the designation |=DSS=|ISE=Unity.21 was spotted at the junction between Reims Stations and Chaumont. Limoges was accompanied by Selan Maxim of the Unione Corse and assisted in securing the perimeter while inspection of said vessel was in progress. It was revealed that the Atlas class transport was hauling Ablative Armour Platings out of the system toward 'a Tau' system upon further questioning.
The pilot was reluctant to reveal the ship's intended destination and was curious to find out where in Gallia he can source a variety of commodities. This vessel's identification, type and its presence in Champagne raised my suspicion enough to flag it in this report. DSE and its affiliates are an extremely rare sight in our sector let alone within Champagne. After ensuring that everything was in order, the vessel was escorted out of the system with no issues.

After completing one of our standard convoy runs to Roussillon from Champagne, Toulouse Intelligence Controllers dispatched us to verify the existence of a rumored new shipyard the Royal Navy has set up closer to Bretonnian space. While the L'Infante is not a warship or recon vessel, we did have our Advanced Deep Scanner on board, which to Intel, seemed justification enough for our secondment for this task. With all of our comrades stretched thin and back home, we had no other choice.
It appears that our worst fears have been confirmed. With the escort of a friendly Maquis pilot, we were able to penetrate into the Edinburgh System and confirm intel reports that have been coming in. Named Issoudun Drydock, it's a shipyard that seems capable of supplying the Royalists' closer to the front lines, which probably means we'll see less and less of those Valors, Obstinates and Triumphs returning home for dry dock maintenance and repairs. IFF signature on our scanner tags it to the Gallic Royal Navy, so I don't think there's any more room for doubt. The Battleship La Riche also maintains a holding pattern nearby, and considering the Edinburgh System's proximity to Roussillon, I believe we may have a real problem on our hands here.
My ship and my crew shall remain on Toulouse for another 2 solar cycles before we head out. All pilots and personnel will be briefed in case the situation in Edinburgh deteriorates.

First of all I would like to thank all of you your valuable effort et help in realising the possibility of a Gallic Nation free of oppression from any tyrant. Caporal La Bedoyere, your confirmation of the rumor about Issodun Drydock is a useful piece of information, a warning nonetheless, but I will elaborate on it later. Sergent Gobineau, your continuous assistance throughout the years helped advance our cause significantly enough to earn you the rank of Lieutenant. Congratulations, Monsieur. However, we did not win the war yet.
Ever since the attack on the RNS Montmorency the Crayter Republic has proven to be capable to counter the Royal Navy's forces et endanger their supply lines within the Tau Region. At the same time the GRN's advance on the borders of Liberty has seemingly stopped as well, but the construction of the Jump Gate in Leeds et the Drydock in Edinburgh suggests their focus is now back on Bretonia. Because of these developments The Council will now focus less on the royal naval supply routes, but will plan et execute a strike on Issodun in cooperation with the Bretonian Armed Forces, possibly scheduled to no later than the end of next month.
As Caporal La Bedoyere pointed out, the construction of Issodun does indeed mean damaged royal naval assets will not return to Gallia for repairs, though the GRN still keeps pouring more et more ships et battlegroups out of the Kingdom. After the destruction of La Fere prison station we expected the GRN to retaliate or gather more defenses within Picardy, despite that it seems the Crown did not even bother with countermeasures. The monarch's grasp on the nation is weaker by the moment, et after gathering strenght for half a year it is finally time for us to strike hard.
Following a last brief wave of intelligence gathering, Flottilles Fierté du Conseil et Fierté du Peuple will besiege et take over the station cluster at Saint-Quentin, the rest of Flotte Fierté will secure the lanes to Amiens, et Flotte Rapide will join them in Picardy as reinforcement. In the meanwhile Flottilles Flamme Rouge et Insurgée Rouge will finally move out of the cover of Mer Mediterrainée et engage the RNS Arles as well as her accompanying royalist defenses of Provence. Regarding the attack on Issodun Drydock either Flottille Aigle Bleu or Flottille Lame Bleu will be considered as assistance to the Bretonian Armed Forces. Flottille Lance Rouge remains to be a nuisance to the GRN in Tunisie.
Last, but not least, please welcome Adjudant-générale Alice Roxanne Marie among our ranks. The day have started with a common patrol in Roussilion, when I, accompanied by monsieur Charron, caught a trespassing Zoner "Whale"-class transport loaded to the brim with Iridium, attempting to approach Pergripan Spaceport, but met with gunfire instead of the station's quartermaster and later intercepted by the patrol. He stopped voluntarily, have been rather cooperative and thus have been offered to visit our job board, then was escorted out of the system through Tau-29 corridor.

As we have proceeded with our patrol - we've got a message from Marne: it's long range scanners caught a presence of a Lane Hacker traversing through Champagne; predicting his approximate course, we've, in the end, tracked him down not far from Tau-53 anomaly.
The vessels was loaded with Human Organs - and thus deprieved of it's cargo, following with the destruction of the commodity and a fair warning - to never trespass with contraband again.

It's worrying to see the Lane Hackers crawling out of their holes as far as into Gallia, but Caporal Desrosiers apparently knows how to handle pest. Thank you, Caporal, for staying vigiliant et encountering the smuggler before it left Gallia, keep up the good work. Any officer of The Council is permitted to do so as she promised the Hacker: eliminate without hesitation.
Another issue is the ever increasing GRN presence within Bretonia. Yesterday their agents asked for our help, but my conscience doesn't permit letting any of you out there without knowing what is to be found in Edinburgh. Our latest scans of the installation et surrounding hostile forces are months old, hereby I request brave volunteers to scout and take fresh footages of the situation around the Drydock.

Suspecting the worst I personally moved into the Edinburgh system undercover to locate this new supposed drydock constructed by the Royal Navy. I t was already suspected to be re-outfitted, and it is. But what's more alarming at the moment is that the R.N.S-Vauquelin Royale is currently stationed there. Likely undergoing inspection, I've no idea where the ship will be deployed to after that, based on the position of the vessel in question I may or may not need permission to oversee and hire 3rd party assets to help infiltrate and take the vessel. Doing so would put less Council lives at risk while still adding to the odds of victory.
An assault on the compound in its current state with the vessel in place would be impossible, the time to strike would certainly be when it departs.

Several things happened in the last few days, several milestones passed as both our civil war et the Sirian conquest of the Crown are still ongoing. I am bringing forward good as well as bad news, after that there will be further instructions regarding how to proceed from now on.
During the morning of 22nd of November the last shipments et preparations for our synchronised assaults were reported as complete. At noon Flotte Fierté was signaled to attack Gallic Royal Forces stationed at Saint-Quentin Space Colony et Haute-Seine Shipyard. At the cost of losing the majority of Flottille Fierté du Peuple et some minor losses from other flottilles we've managed to clear the space around those stations. In order to minimize structural losses boarding parties were sent to secure both of them, et managed to do so successfully. Since then the surroundings of that station cluster was secured, et the Frontier Picard was moved closer to Amiens.
The introduction of Flottilles Flamme et Insurgée Rouge to the Frontier Provençal was timed at two hours after noon, the two operations happened almost simultaneously. The two flottilles left the cover of Mer Mediterrainée to catch a GRN patrol by surprise et decimate half of the royalist defenses of Provance in one sudden move. This victory cost us the battlecruiser CLN Briaire, gunboats CLN Angoulême, CLN Carte Rouge et CLN Brilliant, several fighter wings, one bomber wing, et left the CLN Candide incapacitated, yet still intact. The remaining active forces of the two flottilles began their preparations to eliminate the RNS Arles et accompanying support forces.
However, victories et success aren't achieved everytime, sometimes what we gain somewhere, we lose it elsewhere. Shortly before minight an unusually strong ion storm hit our region, thirty minutes later the first reports came in about the Tau-31 gateway directly leading to Edinburght after that. The most recent intel suggested very low defenses around Issoudun, et despite our preparations to the assault of the drydock not fully complete yet, we saw that as an opportunity for a sudden surprise strike. Flottilles Rebelle Rouge et Aigle Bleu, however, met an overwhelming force, Flottille Lame Bleu, which was left at Le Boulou as backup, had to follow quickly. Flottille Rebelle Rouge was lost in the first clash against a force consisting the RNS Montmorency, the RNS La Riche, the RNS Vauqueline Royale et several accompanying battlecruisers, destroyers, gunboats, wings of snubcraft. Half of Flottille Aigle Bleu was lost during the retreat while Flottille Lame Bleu suffered fewer losses. Both eventually retreated to Perpignan, meeting up with the approaching Flottille Mer Bleu. Le Boulou Outpost was lost to the GRN advance, but the Vauqueline Royale successfully deserted during combat to join our side. That et other significant losses prevented the RNS Montmorency to advance any further. The RNS La Riche apparently did not take part in the pursue.
The above developments leave us with plenty to do. Flottes Fierté et Rapide estabilished themselves around the newly conquered stations, civilans et crew are still being checked. Haute-Seine will now function as the main repair yard within the system while some of the Saint-Quentin garrisons will be occupied by our marines. Traffic to Guise will be highly monitored, anything except GMS transports are to be halted and turned back. Both Flottes will prepare themselves for a direct assault of Amiens, I do not expect the Crown to let us take the planet without a fight.
The royalist defenses of Provence are spread out throughout the entire system, now alerted they are gathering back at the RNS Arles. Flottilles Flamme et Insurgée Rouge will try intercepting these individual patrols before they reach the battleship during this week, then will keep weakening the local GRN defenses with surgical strikes before making another push further into the system. If the RNS Arles stays where it is, it will be engaged directly, alternatively Cannes will be taken et reused as a forward operations base.
The remaining defense forces of Roussillon, Flotte Bleu, remains entrenched at Perpignan Spaceport to secure the evacuation of Toulouse et of the entire system. In the meanwhile we are rediscovering interstellar gateway anomaly connections. So far it seems the other exit from the system leads to Tau-44, while the third gateway appears to have vanished. If the link to Provence still exists, trying to find a way to house the residents of Roussillon in that system becomes an immediate priority, until then contact is made with the Crayter Republic regarding temporary refuge within their home system.
These are the recent events, et the tasks for the upcoming weeks, months. Immediate danger threatens Roussillon while victory is imminent within Gallia. We cannot lay back yet, we cannot stop now. Pour Gaule. Pour Liberté. LaFlamme out.

There's sudden shift in balance of power in Gallia. With discovery of system codenamed “Zurich” we are in a step from a political fallout, in the worst case scenario. But let me get everything straight and short.
Yesterday, Penance-class recon destroyer “Succube Mignon”, on it's reconnaissance mission, encountered in “Zurich: Maquis cell patrol wing, consisted of four or five snub-craft ships and several vessels of Rheinland origin, which were never before been recorded visiting Gallia sector. They identified themselves as “United People's Leagues of Syndicalist Advocacy”, or “Unioners”, for short. Digression – I have visited Rheinland on many occasions, while having “diamond deals” with Rote Hessian Armee, et heard about them, but never approached them or even saw them. As turned out, there is well-hidden jumphole anomaly, connecting “Unioner” controlled space in Rheinland sector, system “Cologne” et Zurich system. Stellographic data is still being revised and proccessed.
I can't be sure, that this jumphole anomaly was discovered by Royalist forces or civilian corporations but “Unioner” members mentioned, that Rheinland government is having some kind of traiding affairs with EFL. They might utilize Sigma sector as their trade road, since traffic in Zurich is extremely low, especially in far region of a system, but still, this puts us in a very tricky situation. I advice reviewing this information, since it can influence the power balance in ongoing war both in Sirius and Gallia if both Kusari and Rheinland start participating. I'll include full radio-log and visual of "Unioner" ships.

It seems the spacescape is changing within Provence, possibly in our favor if we can take the opportunity present. Latest intel suggests the RNS Arles began moving towards the Île-de-France jump gate with its entire fleet, leaving Cannes Resort Station defenseless. Scouts were sent out to determine whether the station still poses a threat with any garrison remaining onboard, or not at all, results are expected by the evening. Chăteau d'If Prison Station et the jump gate's immediate surroundings still remain aequately defended. The repairs of the CLN Candide are expected to finish at midnight.
Previously our plans included clashing with the royalists at Cannes, this development however makes an attack straight for the prison station et Marseille's defenses worthy of consideration. There is a high probability of chaning plans, unless the resort station still proves to be a threat to be wary of.
One last thing I forgot to announce last time: due to her actions, capabilities, courage, dedication et achievements during reclaiming the RNS Vauqueline Royale, Adjudant-générale Alice Roxanne Marie has been promoted to the rank of Directrice de l'Exécutif des Opérations Spéciaux.
