I appreciate your congratulations. Onto the matter at hand, I myself was mid-negotiations with the Unioners when Fleet Admiral Knight had ordered a precision strike to take what was promised to us. She had seen this as a direct aggression and sought to root out a thorn before it had taken hold. The Unioners PR campaigns are of little concern to me. Harmony's forces are composed of soldiers, we do not put on shows or involve those who need not be involved unless forced to. The supposed thing that tripped the Unioners was our meeting with a Legion representative to ensure a ceasefire between our organizations. During their departure they encountered Union and one of your own. While escorting them out, each side agreed they would deal with each other outside of Bering. The Unioners however got impatient and attacked. After this I let things run their course.
Following arrangements being made to replenish our cruiser fleet, the Unioners withheld the vessel we had supplied with, at the time, our scarce resources. Following this route, we were forced to take up with Legion forces to maintain steady supply lines and operations. While what the Unioners continuously claim ourselves to be behind the NEMP attack on Pacifica, we merely capitalized off the situation.
Now on to the part you'll find the most interest in. Harmony command is of the mind that a great step to end these hostilities would be the Unioners turning over the agreed upon vessel that had been withheld from us. Following this, Harmony will be open to resuming our talks with the Unioners and the blockade will be stood down to allow for supplies to be delivered unharmed and uninterrupted. However, it was a clear consensus that until this happens, negotiations are far away.
Following the recent events, several of our transports dedicated to Bering have no outstanding contracts to fulfill. If you require our help with logistical matters, we would be more than happy to redirect these transports to Marshall Station.
I'm surprised to hear this, but none-the-less grateful. Now without a doubt, the Unioners blame us for the nemp attack on Pacifica. Despite being directly told otherwise, they pin their deaths on me. I have no doubt they plan a similar strike against us. I request the follow to create an armor shield for Marshall's hull.

It becomes very worrisome when we think that such a closeness can create a large-scale manipulation of the Union. The possibility of an infection of certain Unioner pilots or even some members of the high command is from now on possible what was until then impossible.
As you said it, the Union tried to spread its diplomatic relations with other groups in order to strengthening its positions in the current conflict. Nevertheless it would seem that they went too far and that the Nomads took the opportunity of this situation to sow discord even more.
It is unacceptable that the Union although it is entitled to find all the average possible to win this war, establishes relations which are contrary to common sense of the human being.
Professors, if the Union is now or actually has contacts with individuals lost in the pay of the Nomads, then you must and we must take the necessary measures that will allow us to put an end to this masquerade.

This is not the first time this pilot falls into our field of vision - some time ago he contacted us on a matter of acquiring the public version of our scanner. Back then i have had a chance to meet him in person - and to observe the odds of his behavior.
I suggest performing a joint investigation of the case. Prepare a vessel with a cloak disruptor, the person is known to be in possession of a cloaking device.
Thanks for your fast answer. I'm glad to see that you ask for an investigation. One of my ship has a cloak disruptor, so we will have no major problem with his cloaking device.

I come to you once again about the possible infected Outcast. With the agent Felicity we did a successful investigation even if we didn't catch Shadowwalker.
Today I met him near the Freeport 2 but not in his fighter but in his warship, the MNS-SHADOW. He brought an important vessel potentially dangerous within Bristol area and this could be -according to what we know- can't be tolerate.
We don't have a very good view about his intentions by bringing a battleship in Bering. All of this could be a trap in the way to discourage us to take the necessary measures against him if he is indeed, infected. You will notice UN is still dealing with him. And it is still worrisome.
He also refused to take his distance with Bristol for more security. An Unioner attack distrayed us at the end. You must know you have my personal and the Harmony support if we must in the future, take care of him. I give you all the logs of the meeting and also the screen.

Before to end this transmission I would like to talk about the NEMP attack on Marshall. I guess the agent Felicity seen the event. Thanks to an armor, the damage have been limited compared to Pacifica, but still, in some sections they are important. We have casualities and some dead.
We obviously expect know a global attack from the Unioners. Our defense fleet is ready to act. However another NEMP on the base will make our positions within Bering weakned.
