Good day.

Shortly after the deliveries we organized for the LSF to Southampton Shipyard our office received a report from our DSE contractors on a research program regarding the safe transportation of Azurite Gas which the Core has offered to sell to our ships. It was a lengthy process because the transports involved in the tests received extra safety control systems, standardized the purifying process of the containers from microorganisms, as well as reinforced the structural integrity of the cargo storage.

The tests were successful and the Office of the President is currently working on the logistics and mining aspects of this operation. Once we overcome these issues as well as the licensing with Rheinland we will be able to deliver this gas to House Liberty. However this is a very new and unknown product and there is currently no established interest in the market. However our Security Department insists that there are possible military applications, something which the LSF is responsible for.

The President believes that Liberty should be leading in technological breakthroughs and innovations and thus he positioned Universal Shipping to be the first commercial company which can deliver Azurite Gas in significant quantities. However as I said we need a buyer before we sign the contract with the Core. In the next few days we will be able to deliver the first shipment of Azurite Gas to Liberty. If the LSF is interested, we can transfer it to one of your transports for further analysis and examination. If you are not interested then please let us know in order to look for prospective buyers elsewhere -- as it has been always our long-held practice, Liberty's Intelligence Agency and Armed Forces take precedence before any civilians.

We understand that you are currently busy building your complex so we decided to make things more flexible for your transports. All Azurite Gas deliveries will be shipped and stored in Sirius Base Construction, a modular base just outside Planet Houston. The base is strategically located next to the trade lane leading to Virginia Jump Gate which will save your transports lots of time and effort.

We are using special containers for the Azurite Gas in order to preserve the product's purity and ensure it does not come into contact with anything else. As for the price, we have yet to finalize our mining contract with the Core and procure a shipping license for Rheinland. The LSF has received your request. Such gases are something of which we would be interested in acquiring for the purposes of study, however our only facilities capable of handling such exotic materials are outside the typical realm of civilian access, or even such area that can be given trivially to civilians across the board. Given the specific nature of the zones in question, to even entertain your request effectively without significantly compromising national security would require constant escort from either the Navy or the Security Force, which would be a compromising drain on our resources in itself. Unfortunately at this time I don't believe that there's necessarily any way to service your request without damage to the national interest in some regard.
