Esteemed Comrades,
Allow me to introduce myself and reiterate my standing admiration with the resilience and tenacity of the People of Crayter in their noble goals of protecting the Homeland. I am Doctor Mstislav Belov, the Chief Research Officer of the Expeditionary Corps of the Coalition.
Our organisation represents the field research endeavours other scientific pursuitsof the People's Republic. Being ever curious and hungry for exploration, the duty brought us into Tau space. While Bretonia remains to us off-limits due to ongoing peace negotiations, we are still hoping to explore its neighbouring space. To carry out this plan we need a safe haven for maintenance, emergency repairs, and rest. With a firm trust in our time-proof comrades of the Crayter Republic, I hereby humbly request the permission for our capital vessels with the joint squadrons of fighters to temporarily have access to the facilities within Coronado system. We unilaterally pledge to abide by Crayterian laws and assist in case of any possible threat. I also personally always wanted to visit Yuma's beaches and see the wonders of Crayerian Homeland not from the orbit and with official permission.
Please, allow me to reiterate my esteem to the Republic of Crayter and our firm comradeship.
As one of our oldest allies in Sirius and proven protectors of people's interests, you are more than welcome to have a stay at Coronado and research the non-classified information and visit places. I will need your task force to obey following regulations before granting Access and notifying Sabah Control.
-Jericho Moon and the vicincy of the moon, designated by nav buoys, are strictly forbidden to enter, any and all non-Crayterian vessels will be asked to leave the area immideately as ordered.
-The fleet that is reqyesting Access must hand out the vessels names, types and mission details within Coronado to us.
-While aforemented vessels will be given permission, additional vessels, should the need arise, will be escorted at all times by Thanatos Class Cruisers and Hydra Class Corvettes. This does not include emergency response situations.
Once you fulfill the following regulations, you will be granted Access to Sabah Shipyard, Planet Yuma's public areas and Sabah Research Section's public areas.

Admiral Xander,
Allow me to express the gratitude for granting us the access. On behalf of my people I express our formal consent to the provided conditions and shall hold responsible for any actions or omission that may violate the agreement. At the moment, we dispatched one capital vessel, Tempest-class CPRV "Plesetsk". It houses a squadron of smaller support vessels. The vessel has no particular objectives in Coronado system and seeks only temporary base for operations. The target systems include Baffin and Taus beyond up to the Council-controlled space, as well as Liberty-direction Border Worlds like Cortez. The mission presumes mostly collecting samples of the flora and fauna, as well as of ores and other geological materials.
It is possible that at some later point a larger fleet will arrive, although unlikely. In such an event, we shall report to you their designations using this channel.
