Bonjour, this is of importance.
"Populous" recieved a cargo scan from us earlier today, reading as a Unione Corse Vache Transport Pilot. But the issue we found was, it was moving "Reinforced Alloy" to a base we know all too well for GMS pilots. Monaco Space Colony. After a small chat with this Unione Corse, we found out that they will be taking over leadership from the current owner. The more the pilot spoke the less I could trust him, so to stop him supporting our enemy, we demanded he dropped all the reinforced alloy the pilot had onboard and to leave the vicinity and not to return. The pilot complied and went on his. Our evidence will hopefully show this. [X][X][X]

Moneur Courbet,
Je suis Général Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil, et my advice would be to become friendlier, or at least neutral to the Corse. They are not our enemies, neither are GMS employees, et although their lawful corporate role binding them to the Crown's bidding would make it look like that, the Corse isn't as restricted in their conduct. As such, they've been useful to us in the past, et I expect them to continue being so in the future. They could be useful to you as well. All in all, Monaco's ownership changing hands this way seems to be more advantageous than not to our revolutionary cause.
You don't have to worry about their trustworthiness either. We refrain from hurting innocent civilians, because they neither are our enemies, nor helping them voluntarily, free of any suffering or threats. The Corse does not belong to that category though, et they are aware of that as well. They are clever opportunists et wouldn't risk the consequences of pissing us off, you can be sure about that.
Sincèrement,
Général Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil
Général en Chef Du Conseil

You advice us to become friendlier with the Corse? This could be a possibily, but who is there to get in contact with, is there anyone in particular you advice us to send a message to? GMS Employee's on the other hand, we have offered them to deliver their supplies to Council shipyards instead of the Crown shipyards to help build the army of the Council.
Monaco changing hands would be benefitical to us all, especially with the Council presence and the Maquis doing large amount of patrols within the Picardy system. Being able to use Monaco for our own benefits is better then having the base sieged.
We do not wish to hurt innocent civilians or those working hard to survive, but those who become arragant towards my pilots within the Maquis, they shall expect to be shot at. Our main priority and goal is to stop all supplies going towards the crown. What we want is for all the supplies to change direction and to make it to the Council shipyards to help rebuild the forces to reclaim Gallia and take the throne. If they wish to help us voluntarily then we will not harm them, but if they refuse to, they need to learn very quickly to defend there self or we will be taking the entire cargo with us, and taking their escape pods to the closest, but safest place for them.

We are yet to recieve any response from the owner's or anyone onboard Monaco Space Colony, so i've decided to give them twenty four hours to respond or my people will be firing upon it to recieve an answer or even destruction of that base.
Anyone within the Council are free to join us, we have the location, and we are ready to do what is required!
