To the Admiralty and whomever it may concern.
If you recall, several weeks ago I made contact with some of your agents near Akabat. As I stated then, the Guard is interested in what benefits could result from better cooperation between our organisations. Indeed, from my analysis I would say our organisations' interests for now are aligned.
While the gallic invasion on the home front has kept us largely occupied, we are more than aware that the nomad species will benefit most from the turmoil that results from it. In anticipation of a resurgence of nomad activity in Bretonia despite the war's outcome, we have consigned a scientific team, a task force if you like, to assess the nomad threat in our locality and how best to confront it. After the delivery of my report of our preliminary discussions to the Warden, Matriarch and Fleet Captain, they have unanimously agreed that steps should be taken to solidify a collaborative relationship with the Order.
With your permission we would like to request security access for Gaian Guard vessels to move through Omicron Mu and onto Akabat. With this we hope to bring a number of our scientists to Akabat to collaborate with the scientific minds of the Order.
May this mark the first move toward better understanding the Nomad threat.

Delegation
I am glad you decided to deepen our collaboration. What we will need exactly from you now is precise number of the delegation we are supposed to take care of, purely for logistical reason and convenience. It is best that new arrivals take their time to get accustomed to Akabat’s climate and timezone, as well get acquainted with their equivalents in The Order. For your information, it is noticeably much colder out here than on fields of Cambridge with top temperatures rarely exceeding twenty degrees Celsius.

Once the bulk of our team is safely on Akabat, we will need to make periodical supply runs of equipment, personnel and data. Therefore, approved access to Omicron Minor and Mu will be a necessary measure for a number of our transport and security vessels. Is the admiralty able provide this clearance?
