Whether you're making Coconut Shrimp, pop tarts, or Soylent Green -- what are you all cooking?
My favorite way to cook is to make an unplanned meal -- with no recipe, taking from the ingredients available and making something. It helps to mix things up, so that most of the meals I eat are something I haven't had anytime recently, if ever before.
I don't have a name for what I made, and I won't for most of the stuff I cook, but here's what I did:
I boiled some rice with seasonings, minced garlic, and chopped onions, along with a small amount of butter. I cooked a pound of ground beef in the pan with minced garlic, seasonings, minced garlic and chopped onions, also. When it was all done, I put the rice together with the meat, grease, and onions in the pan and fried up the rice. I added cheese, and ate it next to some buttered rolls from the toaster oven.
Any similarities between ingredients and recently sanctioned players are purely coincidental.

Chicken burritos with various vegetables and 2 sauces - one with mainly cream cheese and one with mainly salsa, not too spicy. 10/10 can eat every day especially since I practiced it by now.
Spaghetti with tuna and my own tomato sauce, always with different kinds of spices.
Then sometimes I've got time to prepare serve yourself meal - Tortilla with all kinds of vegetable, sauces including onion, tomato, garlic, cheese and most important of that is meat, chicken or pork, whatever suits you.
