"Aw, come on." Being amused by Mary's shyness, she smiled at her again. "I can't have a grudge against anyone's good life, you know it. Besides, it wouldn't be fair if you don't share anything about yourself to me, for I practically told you everything about myself. And there's nothing bad in telling someone that your life was a little better than theirs, if you're certain that you're telling it to the right person. And I don't hold grudges." As she finished her sentance, she stared back into the nothingness, looking straight forward, keeping a smirk on her face. "I'm waiting."

<<Oh, well… ok>> she said it keeping a smiling face <<I'm from Planet Los Angeles; maybe I already told you. I grew up in a rich family that was able to give me all what I wanted and could. While I was growing, my main interests that increased until now were the science, in general, and philosophy. The family paid for me everything; university, house, taxes… and my grades were good enough too. The main reason I managed to grow without any vices was because I also had a good education. I'm very sorry that I can't mention anyone of them, they told me to not do it, but I could tell you about my boyfriend, despite he prefers hiding too. But I can ensure you that he's nice and cute like me, or better than me...>>. She chuckled during the last phrase.
Nathalie pondered on Mary's words. Her reality sounded too right to be true for her, so she expected some kind of a hinch. "Los Angeles. I see. Figures why you love Cambridge so much." She paused. "Right. It's under a Gallic assault since recent times. I'm sorry." She then looked in a distance, thinking yet again about her own things. All these wars - they all seemed irrelevant for her. She was thinking about how humanity was destroying itself slowly, yet she couldn't help herself to enjoy Mary's company. "And about your boyfriend... You can tell me if you want. But I myself couldn't find a fitting soulmate for my entire life. Not that I didn't try, just..." She sighed heavily "All the options I had given me nothing but disappointment."

Mary knew that a similar reaction could happen. She stopped walking and started to look her friend in order to make her feel at ease. She put her right hand on Nathalie's shoulder, moving slowly to her back. The Mary's body warmth looked the best one than other else, like her beauty. She was calm with an optimistic passional look: <<Don't sigh like this. That magnificent moment won't arrived to you yet. This means that the best of your life have still to come and I don't mean only that moment where you will encounter your true soulmate. It was the best moment of my life because he actually taught me everything. He's nice… too nice… he's wise, intelligent, sweet… but I don't wanna tell you about him while you sigh in that way. As I told you, it's like if I'd brag...>>
She kept listening, smiling at Mary's shyness again. "Mary, who do you think I am? I can't get jealous just because somebody had a better life. There were times when I could be, yes, but they are long gone. If you think I can be, then you're just revolving around one's past too much. And believe me, I tried hard enough to find myself a boyfriend, it's just... Something is not right about all of them. The first guy was too eccentric, the second - too secluded and the third one didn't even respected me. I might be too demanding, yet again... I wouldn't be looking forward to wasting the rest of my life with a man who wouldn't acknowledge my personality if he wanted me to acknowledge his. But right now, I'm just enjoying your talks about how good your life was. The question is, however, is it that good right now?" She looked back at her with a raised eyebrow.

Mary felt a bit more quiet than before seeing Nathalie's smile: <<Yes…, it's good right now too; thanks to him and thanks to you too…>>. She left her but staying close to her returning to walk: <<I'm fine staying with you. Your presence comforts me, it reminds me those nice and sweet optimistic words my boyfriend always says to me, that you can find a friend, a treasure anywhere, even in unusual places. I'd like you could encounter him so you can judge him personally. Currently, you're lucky. He's going in the omicrons too, with a friend of his, very nice too. It's useless describing it with those typical words that everyone can say it so I can say you that he actually taught me everything about love, freedom, nature's beauty… but you have to see him in action.>>
Their pathway stretched, with the alleyway parelleling across the lake, they almost approached a crossroad near which Nathalie was sitting, awaiting Mary's appearance. "Freedom and Love aren't the things which one can teach you. It's something you have to experience on your own. Sure, somebody can give you a brief description of them based on their own experience, but it may wary, trust me. You look quite eager to meet me with him though and I wonder why. Mayble I already saw him, since he's in the Omicrons, care to tell me his name?" She continued looking at Mary with a more curious gaze in her eyes, retaining her devilish smirk on her face.

<<I know that. It's exactly what he told me. In fact, he wasn't sure too about a real meaning of those great words.>>, she said it keeping the Nathalie pass and being excited, maybe for the topic or for what's around her, since he continued to love this place and all the nature around her.<<And yes, because as I told you, he's so nice that he can be also a good friend of you too and... I've also already told him about you and he's curious to know you too, but he's so shy that he can't say his name to anybody. So call him... "Wreckter".>> the last words were said in a simple but optimistic way, almost innocent.
"Wreckter?" A coincidence, she happened to meet that person already. A "shy" person who can't reveal their name to anybody, she was more than aware of a such concept. She looked into nothingness for a few seconds, pondering, yet remembering their first encounter with Wreckter. How he ventured where he shouldn't had. But she didn't showed any signs of being baffled by it visually, contrarily, on the outside, it all looked like she was thinking about where she could meet that person. "Mmm... An interesting callsign. Can't recall if I ever met that person, but if he's in the Omicrons, then he might have saw me here or there. And... I'm not the first one to tell you about these kind of "shy" people, but it's just an excuse for them, and for me for instance, to remain incognito. So if I were you, I'd be watching your back next time you get close to him. Checking your clothes for any kind of "bugs" would be a good measure too, but it's just my own thoughts. If you trust him, then it's good enough." When they neared a Crossroad, Nathalie nodded towards a bench she was previously sitting in. "Care to take a sit?"

Mary laughed about that answer and sitting on the bench she replied like if would be alright. <<Don't worry! I know him better than anyone! I can tell you everything about him, it's just the name he wants to hide, and I don't wanna going deeply for… a name!>>. She looks around her and even her back to then relooking Nathalie keeping that sweety smile face: <<If he wants something from me, he can contact me and request it when he wants. I've nothing to hide from him and he's nothing to hide with me. We share also the apartment when we rent them and… the bed!>> that last word has been said with a bit of embarassing. <<I know him so much, that even another friend of mine suspects about what we do togheter, and first you're asking about him, don't worry! He has a name that one, Carl Benson… a good name for me!>>
