Following the disaster a few hours earlier, I've realized that there's no reason for me to beat around the bush anymore. As Joshua said, intel is everything, so I'm willing to start a dedicated channel to transmit every finding I make on them lamps.

I wasn't so sure before, since I haven't had a Nomad talk to me - ever - until today. It's very bizarre, I thought everyone was just going crazy whenever they mentioned hearing voices from squids, but I guess I was the crazy one. I only got headaches and strange feelings whenever they were around in the past, but now I get to have those and also hear them speak. Hooray.

This is the first document that I can share with you. After I get my bearings, I'll try to write up a report on our run-in with that loony and those big squids. I'll track her down once the time is right.

I'm doing fine. I've only got a few scratches on my hull from that bloody Cruiser, not much harm done - They can't hit me.

Either way, here's my report on the events of yesterday. Much to my irritation, a good portion of the flight log was corrupted and my guncam stills aren't that great since they can't pinpoint the girl in the Pennybrooke as a lamp lover. It's still better than nothing. I'll continue my investigation carefully. They can't hit me, but I'm not taking my chances once they figure out how to use homing missiles.

This is getting stupid, the Nomads are up to something, or they're just taunting us at this point. Today, they brought a bloody Battleship and a complete fighter wing to Freeport 11 space, Joshua and I had to split to Freeport 9 so we wouldn't get torn apart. A Core detachment showed up to deal with 'em, but I have no idea how that went. Either way, here's my report on the events.

Welp was hoping i wouldn't have to give more bad news but well there is no alternative. We had another vagrant around same one who called C a nice dancer it didn't attack it seemed confused my best bet is that it was trying trying to get info. Talked to it for a bit and eventually it pissed off back to whatever hole it crawled out from. Believe i may have gotten some useful info from it. Tell ya's next time i see you all around.

Thanks for keeping me in the loop. I will do what I can to see about finding some form of security that can be a bit more efficient and capable when we need it.

This is taking longer than I anticipated, but, I'm hoping that we can get some form of long term heavier security.

For now, all I can do is keep pressing my superiors on this matter. As you can imagine, they have a lot on their plate.

Hopefully, I should be able to get more details for HC soon, put this as their number one priority...

Good evening,

Sorry for responding so late to this communication. It must've gotten lost in my filters the past few days as I spent most my time in the medical wing recovering from the injuries of that decompression I suffered near the Lost jumphole. Nomad got me good, but nothing the doc's couldn't fix.

As for the database thingy, I had another run-in with a Vagrant Nomad earlier. It didn't seem to favor attacking me because a IRG Colony Ship was flying close by with all its Solaris turrets aimed at that thing, but proceeded to chat. I deducted that they know planet Moros as the Sacred Sphere and will forcibly eject any human from the Omicron Lost system. It is turnign out to become about as dangerous as going into Iota to visit that system.

Unfortunately my data recordings were lost due to the concussive and EMP wave sent about by the explosion of 2 Nightmare Torpedoes rather close by that were aimed at the Nomad, so I got nothing to back up these words. Will make sure to upload them to an external database next time.
