Your communication[1] has recently been brought up to my attention. Warden Collins is more than capable of running the Guards politics so I decided not to meddle in the matter. But... You mentioned something that's of interest to me and I wish to discuss it further.
“Pacifica has finalised its holding projects and is now open for additional orders. Whilst we may have been too late to assist with the Warspite, if you have any vessel construction or reclamation projects you wish to undertake, Pacifica is once again open to you, irrespective as to how these negotiations turn out."
As you have already been aware of, the Atacama Cohort has extensively been working on its fleet re-work, bolstering its ranks with several refitted gunboats and initiating a reconstruction of a battlecruiser to serve as a backbone of our strike force. Despite the fact that the Cohort has never been so numerous and its strength is at its peak, we do not have the vessels to deal considerate damage against the corrupted Legionnaires and foes alike throughout Liberty. We intend to change that and hope that our most trusted allies, The Alster Union, can aid us in that matter.
As our project is slowly advancing, we are in urgent need of a nimble yet powerful warship that would be able to operate within the Vera Cruz Ice Field and strengthen our defence grid. Our bomber squadrons have proven more than effective at keeping the Commonwealth forces at bay, yet we fear that the knowledge of the project we're currently working on could result in more frequent raids, as well as a full-scale assault against the Atacama Base. I have personally witnessed the outstanding performance of RH-GM461 "Hel" Cruiser in the Bering asteroid field, and I believe having a combat vessel of such capabilities would drastically change the balance of power in our favour.
Since we already received a confirmation that Pacifica can receive additional orders and that the Alster Union is willing to aid us in any construction project, we would like to propose a business deal. Construction of one RH-GM461 "Hel" Cruiser, with a set "Emancipator" Unioner Cruiser Turret, as well as training of several of our commanding officers in running and maintaining the ship at full capacity. In return, we can offer funding of materials necessary for ship production, worker wages for the duration of the project, as well as bonus for the Alster Union command as a sign of gratitude.
Please, let me know what are your thoughts on the matter.
I cannot stress the severity of this situation us. Please respond so we know if we'll be getting the aid we have requested or should we look for it elsewhere.
Despite the fact that the Cohort has selflessly helped the Alster Union in the time of need, it seems we are not even worthy of an answer. We have waited long enough, this communication channel will be closed within several minutes.
