Command of the Overwatch,
This is Becker of the Orillion cell. No doubt I'm sure you're aware of the capture Captain Oghuz made the other day.
I'd like to know the Overwatch's official stance on this ship, on whether you believe it preferable to take it in, return it to Liberty, or wipe its drives and send it on its way. It has been a bit since the update from Operative Darkness, and we'd like to know if there have been any updates regarding this dilemma. I myself am personally in favor of returning it to Liberty, but I believe this requires a joint decision given the nature of the situation.

Command of the Overwatch,
I'm pinging this transmission in the hope of receiving an answer regarding this capital ship. After a brief contact with the Republic of Liberty's Armed Forces, they have deduced a calm desire to have the warship returned to their space. I am not in the business of making the Houses even more upset than they already are, so I would highly recommend transferring the ship to an escort flight for safe passage back to Liberty, once the required scans and tests have been done to the ship and crew respectively.

If decision depended entirely on me, I would had this ship cut up for parts to jumpstart construction of an Osiris-class. Readily available and most importantly compatible engine block, chassis, reactor and plethora of construction materials up for salvage would cut the costs by half if not more. According to our intelligence the commanding officer of the Vengeance is not the Overwatch material, therefore I am indisposed to suffer logistical hell of bringing his ship up to the pristine shape, complete with any further renovations, upgrades, repairs… you get the picture. You do not intend to intern this vessel into your own ranks either.
However, you advise to return it. We are already at a loss for caring for a hull that does nothing to further our cause. While the Convocation of the Overwatch discusses, I am forwarding the following proposition. I will be glad to get rid of the vessel to save ourselves some problem after total wipe of its databases however I do not intend to do it for free. If Liberty wants to take it, they have to pay for it. Fortunately, I do not mean monetary compensation or equivalent trade. A peace treaty, legalization of The Order within The Great House of Liberty with my signature on it, binding both The Order and the government agencies to stay out of each other's way would carry a lot of significance in the long run.
The amount of supplies we would be able to procure legally in day of light and leverage we can use to remove Liberty provocateurs and agents from our immediate vicinity cannot be ignored. Liberty as a whole was never pressed harder in the light of Gallic war and the L.N.S. Vengeance is our bargaining chip to get what we want. The 5th Fleet is already leaning towards our side and with how far they had come since, we now have a shot at it. If the Liberty are not ready to entertain a peace settlement, there is no reason we should be handing over a warship that may end up stinging our very homespace within months if not weeks if the Command feels like The Order needs to be dealt with.
If talks fail to achieve anything of importance, salvage is my preferred solution. In the meantime, I want to be kept informed concerning what the crew and its captain may have in store with us through the ongoing interrogation. Under no condition the C.O. of the warship has to be informed that we’re considering extradicting him back to Liberty as alternative could be a massacre involving not only crew of the Dreadnought, but also lives of our marines.
