My dear Keeper Leviathan and Professor Scorpius, please, let us calm down for a moment.
Auxesia is a loyal friend of the Lane Hackers. Trust me when I say we'd have no qualms about the installation if you took a moment to inform us before constructing it. The Professor is simply annoyed because you demand from our transports information while traversing Inverness but you do not show the same courtesy when you're not simply traversing but building an entire research facility within our territory.
I hope this clarifies matters and we can afford to have an honest and sincere conversation in order to avoid similar problems arising in the future.

Mister Weisen,
It's indeed regrettable that this miscommunication had occurred. The facility in question is a small research and manufacturing outpost that was established with the intent to monitor the various dark matter clouds. We assumed there wouldn't be an issue, considering the facility's location within a Zoner-controlled environment. It seems this assumption was incorrect.
Regardless of the annoyance this situation had presented to our mutual friend here, I reiterate that the traversing of Inverness is something we take very seriously in any capacity. By right of negotiation and combat in less fortunate circumstance, we consider the system our territory. With the pending departure of the Atum Battlegroup, security is of the utmost importance as we maintain a scrutinizing monitor of their retreat. This means all vessels - regardless of affiliation or previous notice of intent - are subject to investigation until the security matter is resolved.
With this out of the way, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. We can discuss opening the facility to joint projects with the Lane Hackers, should you desire.

You are correct, Wolfgang Weisen. We should not do primitive squabbling and allow ourselves to be broken over miscommunication. I am disappointed at the conduct of both sides and it's obvious that these two individuals have had history between them. Your personal issues will remain as that - personal - I will not allow either the people, the Lane Hackers or the Covenant's populace, to come to harm over miscommunication and old grudges. Let us move on from our errors.
[Revenant was clearly annoyed at Leviathan, possibly a tint of irritation towards Scorpius]
First of all, I apologise for the lack of notice. Our intention is not to intrude. We were unaware that the Lane Hackers have a major presence in the system, as we understood that certain zones were to be avoided under the terms that were established three years ago, and we came to understand through legal claims and military presence that the Houses and the Zoners have claims in the system. We first approached Ames and queried for permission to build, and got approved from the administration.
Concerning the Inverness scenario, yes we do have an established presence in that system, yes, we are required to keep an eye on traffic and intentions, due to the higher presence of hostile activity, this still includes the Nomads covert agents. From what I can see from the provided data logs, Keeper Leviathan was merely checking up on the vessel. We will not enact hostilities on your people, unless we are obviously defending ourselves from harm.
Battlegroup Auxesia capital warships will not enter the northwestern part of Magellan system, St Lawrence Ice Field in Ontario and the dark matter clouds of Galileo system for security reasons. Permission can be granted after prior communication with a Hacker of the Inner Circle.
We have a very keen interest in the Independent Worlds and we will try to oppose any corporate buildup into these systems, because it is usually the prelude of House expansionism. I believe you saw firsthand how Bretonia fully annexed Omega-3, a system once classified as part of the "Border Worlds".
So to answer your question, yes we like knowing who is building around.
In our last conversation I highlighted the secretive and dangerous research conducted by the IRG and I have a feeling that Keeper Revenant in the end shared my concerns about this disturbing situation. If you indeed share those concerns then we would like to ask you to temporarily use your station's proximity in order to spy on IRG activities in Ames.
Research on the alien genome and technology is an extremely unsafe subject and a select few organizations such as the Auxesia should be allowed to conduct it.

Mister Weisen,
You're welcome to station an operative to monitor the area for the time being. The use of the facility for any other purpose will not be permitted under any circumstances without prior discussion and authorization.
