Turn Rate: 9.63 -> 8.41

Deimos was first intended to be a contender to Nephilim Colony Vessel. By upscaling, adding extra slots in exchange of making it weaker against snubcraft we achieved the true monstrousity Crayter created by %20 of their GDP. Now it compensates Crayter's needs of compensating for things by rivaling Ishtar in tanking, length in Arbiter and clumsiness of Nephilim in one package.
