I do remember your Osiris. I never understood why you would come back to be Liberty's lackey after having lived outside of it for so long, but maybe you felt naively compelled by their sly mantras of "Freedom" and "Prosperity". I'm happy you've seen the Republic as nothing other than the sham it truly is.
We have near-identical goals, we both want the Aristocracy to bleed what they've done to us. Liberty is sick, leeched on by a bunch of fat "whisky deltas". The only way to save it is to burn out the tumor at the source, with as many bullets, particle-blasts, anti-matter baths and firework shows as is deemed necessary.
The Xenos have a storied history that spans centuries, waging a war against impossible odds is our tradition. The question isn't whether we want to keep doing this with you, but whether you'd like the support of the real Liberty behind you during your next skirmish?

The Amenhotep has the strength to mount assaults but as any capital ship it is worthless without fighter support. Should the Xenos be willing to back my assaults on Naval Bases and ships, in return I would be more inclined to aid you in what endeavors that would require a capital asset. If i remember correctly the Xenos do not have any capital support. Since you dont have any capital assets and I do not have an fighter assets we could in theory band together to take down certain obstacles that are in our way. Of course maintaining the Amenhotep after each assault will prove difficult. The Xenos would also be required to hand over any plundered materials they receive from such attacks so it can be used to make repairs. I have a shipyard by way of Warp Drive that I can reach but the Osiris needs to have a certain level of hull integrity to make the jump. So the handing over of plundered materials would allow me to make the needed repairs should I need to make that warp. What are your thoughts on this?

Good to hear from you again, I was worried that your silence had fatal implications, so it's a relief to see an aggrieved patriot such as yourself is still kicking.. or clicking, whichever fits.
Since you've been so polite in seeking our approval and support before operating in Liberty, you'll have our full support in combat operations. I'll order Serpentis and the Phantoms alike to treat you as a friendly target. I'm even willing to give you access to our hideouts in the event that you need emergency supplies. We can rig you a basic mooring tube to bring the supplies onboard, but obviously since we lack drydocks we'll be unable to service or re-arm your vessel.
Supplies acquired from these raids which you're in need of will be provided free of charge. It's not like we have any use for warship supplies. If there's anything additional you need, such as ammunition or shield batteries then feel free to buy them from our equipment stores directly. Though I'd prefer to attract as little attention to our bases of operation as possible.

The Amenhotep has cloaking capabilities that will allow us to ensure no one follows or see's us entering any Xeno base perimeter. Since you have mentioned your rivals I suppose It would be prudent to inform you that I have spoken to the Rogues. I cant have both Rogues and The Republics Navy chewing at us while we commence our operation. So far the rogues seem receptive with my presences but I do not know how long it will last. I dont plan on attacking the rogues unless for certain circumstances like, they openly engage Xeno Forces right in front of me. Know that I will always take the Xeno Alliances side in any matter. I will always uphold my word and that will never change. The Xeno Alliance has held up its side of our agreement and utilizing your stations for emergency supplies has been very useful along with combat operations against The Liberty Navy. I and the Amenhotep will answer the Xeno Alliance call and help you take down this modular base.
On another Subject, it seems the Rogues have taken their stance against me and have openly attacked my Osiris while I was fighting Unioner Forces in Bering. Their "Boss" has even threatened my destruction. The Rogues are KOS as far as I am concerned, I figured you should know.
I hear your sparing some fighters to the Harmony cause. The Amenhotep is also joining in the fight to secure a way out for Harmony. The Concord Fleet is anything but a joke and we will need all the help we can get. I am wondering if you will be on the battlefield?

No, I'm afraid I won't be leading this effort personally, but I have placed command of the operation under the guidance of one of my Sector Commanders, specifically Ridgenose who's tasked with overseeing activities in that area. I'm needed elsewhere, but any coordination that might be necessary can be routed through him. He's fairly competent if a little enthusiastic with his mine usage.
Viper seemed to have bit more then he could chew against this certain Freelancer squawking a Chrysanthemum IFF in California. We received his pod and set him on his merry way. Then Chrysanthemum or what ever he is, decided to follow me like a lost dog begging for information. A true Libertonian would know what is going on in Liberty. This makes me believe he is an outsider. Call sign Bluefin, you know what to do.
