Now more to the point, the race itself will force you to burn across the gravity well of the neutron star at the center of the system and through a Stellar Matter Storm and intense radiation to come out on the other side at Culebra smelter, where at that point you will either have won the race, or be dead from the radiation.

This invitation holds these factions in contempt, they will not participate and will be shot on sight.
