Dear Custodi "allies"
I am using this term incredibly loosely after your little show of disrespect towards the No Fire Zone rules. As for threatening us about consequences. That just shows your total arrogance and total disregard to our hospitality that we provide to everyone, regardless of creed.
Until there is an agreement that this will not happen again, I will encourage other esteemed guests of the Freeport to discourage you from entering our space again.
My name is Petros Vasilakis, Archon of the Custodi.
I regret to inform you that the Custodi has no intention of stopping to violate the No-Fire-Zone around Freeport 11 for as long as it is allowing the red Plague to sit around it. The Coalition is a threat that we take very seriously, in the Omegas as well as in the Omicrons, and as such we cannot let an opportunity to strike against them just slip away.
However, seeing as you are concerned about the Freeport's safety so much that you threaten us, we are willing to negotiate. And by that I mean that I will propose you two solutions, and you can pick the one you prefer.
-The Custodi can engage the Coalition forces around Freeport 11
-The Coalition will no longer be allowed around Freeport 11
These are the two solutions that we can offer. If you are not willing to agree to either, then I am afraid you have to come up with a solution that both of our parties can be happy with. Should that not be the case, then we will have to continue doing as we have, in hopes to secure the Omicrons.

Señor Vasilakis, it's a pleasure to actually speak to you.
However, the two propositions you propose aren't what I was expecting.
The No Fire Zone is enforced to allow a fair and neutral ground for all forces.
I will ask again, that you do not engage anyone within the No Fire Zone, as that is all that is being asked. It is the same rules for everyone. I don't like making exceptions. So, should you want to carry on engaging people who are within the NFZ, then there is only one side who is at fault.
I doubt our friends at the Brotherhood would betray our trust, so why would you insist on doing so?
As for securing the Omicrons. We work together with allies, not betray their trust and friendships. So why would you want to do such a thing, when we can all bond together to face the greater threat plaguing humanity?
While I believe that the No-Fire-Zone around Freeport 11 is enforced in an equal way, it is still a way that the Custodi cannot tolerate. We understand your wish to be able to assist every single human being that there is, but that simply does not work out for us.
Having enemies of the Empire so close to Omicron Gamma, as well as the fact that they most certainly can stay in Delta without any kind of argument by the Zoners, is definitely troublesome to our cause.
The fact that the Coalition could move to Delta is bothering us.
The Custodi and the Brotherhood, while both being Corsairs, are not the same. They have their ideals, and the Custodi has theirs. We are willing to assist the allies of the Brotherhood, but that does not change the fact that the Coalition roaming around within your space is something that we cannot simply ignore. They have been a thorn in our eye for decades, and while we believe that the Zoner stations and their rules are to be treated with respect, we have to go out of our way and breach these rules if they protect the plague that Sirius know's as the Coalition.
As such, I would like to ask you to think about the NFZ rules once more, as they currently protect organisations that are considered enemies of the Corsairs.
With respect,

Señor Vasilakis,
I am not saying that Custodii and The Brotherhood are one and the same, however, as you are both Corsairs, you understand that the comparison is only fair.
As far as what you said about us being allies, to then saying that you want to break our rules. That is an oxymoron if I have ever heard one. You do not go to a persons house and spit in their face. This is just an analogy but you get the idea.
If I can get Core and Order to sit in the No Fire Zone together, then surely, you can offer the same respect.
The protections and sanctity of a No Fire Zone, regardless of the station are extended equally and without prejudice. Please bare that in mind.
As far as Delta is concerned. It is shared space between Core and Zoners. So, if you are that way inclined, you would have to go past them as well.
First of all, the Custodi does not wish to break your rules intentionally. However, the Custodi values the safety of their people and systems and as such did what was deemed nessecary.
The Custodi has reconsidered their stance toward the NFZ to the following:
The Custodi will not engage any target that has been spotted within the NFZ. However, the Custodi will engage any hostile target within Omicron Delta outside of the NFZ, and furthermore will not stop the chase of a target that tries to escape into the NFZ. Should a target fly into the NFZ, then it's termination will be unavoidable, despite the fact that it is inside the NFZ.
That is as far as we'll go and I hope you find this feasible.
With respect,
Petros Vasilakis

Señor Vasilakis,
I think I need to reiterate what I said. Once you are in the No Fire Zone and carry on engaging, you will then be treated as someone who is breaking the rules. Because that is what you are doing. If the engagement happened outside the No Fire Zone, it stays outside, and please do your best to keep it that way. I don't want to risk the lives of anyone on my station for the sake of the pursuits which you chose undertake.
However, what happens outside of the No Fire Zone is no business of mine, and strictly down to our mutual friends in the Core.
I won't change the rules for anyone. As that is the fairest way of governing something like the Freeport, especially in a location as volatile as the Delta system.
Because of our friendship with the The Brotherhood, and I am not saying that you are one and the same, I will accept your apology. But know that the rules are the rules. And I will not bend them unless there is a legitimate concern for the people within my station. As they are my responsibility.
If this happens again, I will be speaking to our mutual friends in The Brotherhood so that we come to a fairer agreement.
As you have seen yesterday, the Custodi is willing to agree on not shooting anything within the No-Fire-Zone that has been in it since our arrival. I hope this clarifies and strengthens our position on how we will treat the NFZ from now on.
I wish you best of luck in further enforcing your Zone around the Freeport, as yesterday has hopefully shown you that the Custodi is one of the smaller things you have to worry about.

Señor Vasilakis
Thank you for your co-operation. I'm still flooded with paper work from what happened... I'm still trying to get my head around it.
Indeed, you and your team as far as I see it, are welcome back. I just hope that we can continue to maintain our fruitful co-operation.
As far as you being a "small problem" as you put it, I wouldn't say you were ever a problem. We just had to enforce our rules... I just hope these sorts events don't happen around the Freeport for everyone's safety aboard.
