⧫ The case
It appears that on late night of the 27th April 826 A.S., a transport belonging to your cell was seen carrying a huge amount of slaves towards Malta. Ship used was a "Big Dragon"-class transport vessel labelled "Fuyuzora".
Going by the evidence received from the Advisor commanding the "Soleares", you did not respond to their question regarding your vessel carrying slaves.
⧫ The issue we have
Firstly, transportation of humans in a vessel only fit for cargo transportation is beyond inhumane, you literally accept that people may get injured or killed during transport.
Now to the real issue:
While your intention behind this action were clear, your sub-cell simply ignored Matsuda's ways with this action. Our glorious Matsuda showed us the truth, showed us that we have to stand up and fight for the rights of opressed women in Kusari, but also beyond.
I believe you are not aware why Malta requires slaves, are you? Long-term, especially throughout many generations, consumption of Cardamine lowers a human's fertility close to zero. We are affected by this ourselves but in a far smaller degree than the Maltese.
Their need for slaves is easily explained; They require cheap workers for the Cardamine fields, but even more they require women and children to ensure Malta's existence in the future.
Our long standing alliance with Malta made us accept that this is their fate, they cannot avoid getting people to Malta in one way or another. This does not mean you should take part in this actively. You are selling off women and children, poor people with no perspective, into forced addiction and slavery.
Additionally, it appears to be useful to inform you that not all Maltese families grant slaves rights of lower citizens after several years, meaning that a considerable amount of the people you brought to Malta, may end up being slaves for the rest of their days.
In case of war prisoners, it looks differently, but it is highly unlikely that you were carrying 3000 captured hostile pilots, right? Indeed, this were slaves, usually originating from poor parts of houses like Liberty or Rheinland.
We never force anyone to Cardamine, you did. A sister joins us and takes it voluntarily. A hostile agent gets executed, not forced into addiction.
You are a disgrace of Matsuda's ways, instead of fighting for our rights and standing up for the rights of opressed women everywhere, thus upholding our ideals, you choose to take part in actions similar to the people we wish to overcome.
The traditions of Kusari opress us women, they take our rights and in the end try to force us to be not more than the child birthing housewife. You sell women into sex slavery. This is even worse.
Slavery commited by Malta has been always a painful sight for us, now with a sub-cell thinking it is a wise choice to take part in this acts of inhumane treatment, we see that we should have acted in the past already. We will act accordingly and work on a solution against slavery but ensure Malta's existence to continue from now on.
An additional issue we have here is that your vessel ignored the consequences slavery has to our public reputation. We are seen as terrorists by the entire world of "law" in Kusari, yet we find supportive elements within Kusari. If they got to hear we carry slaves, we would surely lose their support as they would end up fearing to end up on a slaver ship if they approach us. Additionally, our closer allies of the Blood Dragons condemn slavery just as much as we do.
More so, we have relations with several entities outside of Kusari, tolerating or even liking us. If any of them ever got to see us partake in slavery, we would lose our faces in front ot them. I am very sure the Queen of Bretonia does not welcome us as friends of the Crown when we tell her that we stopped caring for women rights and stand up against opression but instead make use of the slavery market for money and fueling a warmachine we can easily assist through other means.

As representative of the Advisors of the Empress and Empress 'Red' herself, we demand the following point of the sub-cell labelled the "Gen'an Chrysanthemums":
⧫ Cease of slave trade towards Malta, as this dishonors the ways of Yuyu Matsuda
⧫ Considering to assist the main cell of the Golden Chrysanthemums (GC|) with a new approach of the slavery issue, namely buying off slaves from Maltese families, letting them work as hired workers under a contract between us and several groups of Maltese.
⧫ To provide Malta's warmachine assistance through goods such as raw materials, example being Titanium from Bretonia.
In return we offer you the following:
⧫ Not enforcing the usual penalty of dishonoring the ways of Matsuda against the Gen'an Cell, namely death penalty.

It seems we have a miscommunication here, because we thought we are fighting the same war.
Yet you seem to be more busy trying to police us than join the fight against the patriarchy of Kusari. Do you not have enough targets, or did you suddenly join the Kusari police?
Yes, we have transported human cargo. No one mentioned anything about women and children. They were just men. Malta gives good profit for them and people won't give us weapons for free. It is just business. No women are harmed by us or sent to Malta.
Do not give us this moral code. We are fighting a war, and wars are dirty. Wars require money. Wars make victims. Are you really that naieve that your hands are clean? They call us terrorists for a reason. They called us that before the rise of our gen'an movement. If the Chrysanthemums had no blood on their hands, they would be called a social movement.
We fight for the Kusari women, but do you want us to fight by throwing rocks? No, we do it with weapons purchased with credits, and sometimes these credits needs to come from somewhere, unless you tell me now that the GC| sisters have office jobs at Samura. The irony is in your message itself. Malta needs cheap labor to run the cardamine fields. The very cardamine that we need. Those slaves are there to keep you and us alive. You too are at blame here. We just don't try to fool ourselves that we are heroes. We are soldiers so the women of Kusari don't have to be.
I am sure it would be very sad if you would lose your place at the table of the Bretonian Queen's tea party, but maybe it would make you redirect your attention back to Kusari where women are less privileged than you.
Your demands reflect your utter disinterest in Kusari's future. Worry less about what goes on in Malta and in our cell and fight against our enemies instead.

I truly hope for you that you were only transporting men to Malta. But this still brings up that you are ready to enslave men for a sum of money. You are ready to sell the freedom of others for money. We are requiring the Cardamine, the slaves are some of the workers harvesting it, we are well aware. We intend to change this disgraceful situation. We stand for Matsuda. We stand for the equal society desired by us all. Equality includes not selling off men as slaves.
Are you having a hate on men?
We have a hate on people abusing their power. We don't spare a corrupt woman.
Your acts are disgraceful in any way. Your accusations only add to this, are you so desperate to hide that you simply give a damn on the equality we fight for but only wish to cause pain to the male gender? Did you forget we have families among us?
This accusations have been noted. They are false and idiotic. We fight for a new Kusari, so do you, I hope.
Life is more than making credits from Cardamine and slaves to buy weapons. It is about how to utilize your resources. Gunfire alone wins no war, you fool. Acceptance of the population, infiltration and information paired with a clear bloody mix of violence is the way to go. Plain terrorism alone will never lead us to rule over Kusari.
But go ahead and carry on making credits by ignoring the very term of "equality". We, on the other hand, already contacted parts of Malta's society to work on changing the situation without increasing the costs for cheap labor all too much.
Be warned, if you manage to upset an ally through your acts of slavery, you will have to face the consequences. No further discussion needed. Go your way before you make it even worse.
