Bonjour, copains from The Maquis militia.
Yesterday, during a patrol through Orkney system, i ecountered what it seemed like a freelancer investigating the Baxter anomalies that appeared a few months ago, close to what looked like an unregistered civilian facility. The pilot said that was gathering information for third parties, he didn't specified which ones, but to those who could offer a "good price", considering that he could be working to the Royal Navy or selling any intel to them, i ordered the vessel to drop the important data and leave the system, unless he can prove that is not working with them. He refused to comply and moments later he ran away to dock on Vierzon Mining Facility, a station administered by the Gallic Metal Service.
Im sending this to the [MQS] because this may be relevant to the Republic, we should start doing more patrols in those fields and gather as much intel as we can, regarding who may be investigating and collecting data from those anomalies and who use said data, and what's the true purprose of those installations.
Regarding the unregistered facilities, there's not much we can do right now, and the Council Navy is very clear that is not going to deconstruct any civilian installation unless is proven that they are used to assist the Crown or against the Council.

First of, I need to congratulate you monsieur Gabriel for the successful patrol and merci beaucoup for bringing this to our attention. We didn't know of this secret installation, nor for that ship identified as Invoker. We certainly will send numerous ships to that sector, therefore we will increase our patrols within that sector. As you probably know, le Maquis is very busy cutting trade routes from numerous hostiles supporting the Crown, and destroying the Royal Navy ships.
We're grateful to have dedicated secondary fleet operateurs. As I said, we will send ships to that location et increase our activity within that sector. We will make more detailed analysis of that certain station. Sadly, le Conseil won't make a move upon the base without a proper reason, they're avoid destroying any civilian bases. Le Maquis currently does not possess any heavy ships to take any actions. We certainly will try to prevent any supplies that are headed towards the hidden station. We will keep our eyes open. When it comes to ship identified as Invoker, we will try and face the ship and make detailed investigations, using our methods if ship refuses to corporate. Merci beaucoup! Vive le Maquis!

Gladly, i will accept the offer, i've been working alone for a quite long time, patrolling the Taus and Gallic borderworlds, but organisation and teamwork is mandatory for us to succeed and to overthrow the Crown. I can't wait to start working on operations with Le Maquisards.
