On behalf of Universal Shipping Incorporated I would like to procure a Semi-Permanent Military license so we may successfully deliver Military Supplies to the Bretonia Armed Forces. This supply run will help both sides by cutting red tape and bureaucracy and standardizing the military equipment flow from Liberty's factories into the hands of your soldiers and navy. As we speak this is also be a good chance to create a stronger relationship between Liberty and Bretonia.
This license can be revoked if Bretonia no longer needs military supplies, or the war with Gallia concludes, whichever comes first. Please let us know of your decision.
Yours sincerely

Mr Woods,
While the Bretonian Police Authority respects the work you and your people are doing to help Bretonia in it's time of need, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a semi-permanent licence. Not because we are against the idea but purely that it does not exist. I will speak to the commissioner and see what we can do for you but in the meantime if you wish to continue to haul restricted materials you are required to file a request with the Restricted Goods Licensing department.
Deputy Commissioner Terry Jeffords DC.T. Jeffords
