I'll get straight to the point,
My role in this exchange is to be a bit of an alarm clock. A ways away in the past, Synth and the Xenos have helped eachother out, yeah? I've been tasked with bringing that discussion back onboard.
Another war is inevitable, and it's both our interest to keep Liberty at the top of the food chain. More specifically, on top of Rheinland and its rabid dogs. I was never fond of them anyway.
As far as I understand it, the Unioners are being a bit of an annoyance to your people. Me and my boys (and, by extension, the Xeno Alliance as a whole) could very well drive these parasites to the verge of extinction. Or, at the very least, make sure your transports don't get harassed by them.
However,
We are not a charity. Our (valuable) services come at a cost, as I'm sure you'll understand considering that your organization is, first and foremost, a business.

Howdy.
Chief of Security Operations for Synth Foods, Robert "Red" Edwards, atcha service. Now, we ain't met before, but that's probably for the best. Fewer closet-skeletons we know about, the better, eh?
Now, t'business. The Unioners have always been a bit of a thorn, and ever since the Landwah...Landerwhat'sits decided to pack up and go home, they've become a rather large thorn, same with the Hessians. Both o' them seem to have more differences with us than just "we'd like your last pay-check", in fact they're a bit more like "we'd like our planet back", which just isn't very fair, since now it's quite the nice place and we even paid for it! There's a joke you can make there about the only nice places to live in Rheinland being those touched by Libertonians, but that's beside the point.
So, of course we'd be interested in seeing the Unioners curtailed, just as much as we'd like to see any competitor product driven off the market and Samura's food divisions disappear overnight. Competition and hostility might as well be the same thing t' security ops for Synth Foods, and I'm glad to see my workload decrease, if you catch my drift. Anything that hurts them counts as a success fer me and the corporation, you understand.
As for payment, well, I think you know what we can accomplish. I can't imagine the Xenos are in great need o' foodstuffs, but I've been wrong before. 'Course, we can make anything look like a food shipment on the manifest, if you're looking for somethin' else material. And then there's the good old credit. Whatever'll grease the wheels, I'm sure I can make the right people look the wrong way for long enough for the transaction t'clear.
Anyway, lemme know. SecOps has deep pockets and a deeper workload, and I'm glad to lose some of one for some o' the other.

Your conditions for this exceptionally legal agreement have been acknowledged, and will be accepted provided you and your accomplices can give us a thing or two.
My gang's ready to bust some heads. All we need from you to seal the deal is a gun. Or two. A thousand? Yeah. I need bombs, too, and if you're a bit icky 'bout that part I can guarantee you that some of those Unioner fucks won't be too happy about them either. Neither will the Rogues, Outcasts, Hackers and alla' them who we both hate. That sounds like a good deal to me, don't you think so?
As long as you can stuff some explosives with a death ray or two in your shipments (and tragically lose it all in a suspiciously low-casualty encounter), me and my arsonists can wipe any Unioner who gets close to a Synth vessel off the map.
All I need is a yes or no, Ed-boy. Preferably a yes.

You-know-who.
Synth Foods Vessel Oikos is scheduled to travel toward Rheinland tomorrow through the Hudson corridor, carrying a load of foodstuffs, industrial cutting lasers, and high-yield fertilizer. 'Course, the system has become quite the hot-spot for the unlawfuls, and I'm sure nobody would be too surprised if she was taken out'a commission by a bunch of dastardly pirates and bandits. And, what with the Unioners nearby, wouldn't be too out-of-the-ordinary, huh?
I trust you get the gist. See you there.
