It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance. Je m'appelle Flavie Etienne, Patron de La Famille Etienne du Les Syndicats de la Brise de Mer. The situation was explained to me and I am so troubled that those pesky Maltese got in the way. Regardless, we are here now and can get down to business.

You have interest in what we make, the Etiennes are the ones to speak to. I am aware of your organization and it's own work within Liberty, at least the base understanding. Have you tried or seen our products? If not, I can have a small order sent to you. I personally believe there should be an understanding of the quality we output before talking numbers and such. Yes, I do have some personal experience with the substance, it is one of the several reasonswe decided to make this rather lenghty journey from our space.
We'd like to purchase some 200 crates to convince our comrades, it is a business worth investing in.

Unfortunately due to another of our objectives came within our reach, we won't be avaiable for the next few days, but if everything goes according to schedule, the Incessant Nagging will dock at Monte Carlo Freeport in the early hours of this Saturday.

I am pleased to hear that you are knowledgeable in our wares. However, with the war out near you and the ongoing civil war within Gallia, it might not be easy for your rather large vessel to get to the Provence System. I would like to offer that instead we send the shipment to you, free of charge. This way it can be seen directly to you and your people, and the risk of moving yourself into Gallia and then once more back out isn't a major issue. Tell me which you prefer and we'll make the arrangements.

While I should say it is good to hear from you, I don't like to be kept waiting. I shall overlook it this once on the terms that we are indeed entering closer dealings.

I shall have a shipment brought down to your Liberty, where it shall hail your location once entering your sector. They shall leave our space swiftly and be upon your doorstep Shortly.

One thing I wish to make clear though. We shall welcome any trade vessels you bring into Gallia, and into Provence. However, your quant warships should stay at home, non? The Nagging, as you put it, shouldn't be nagging at our ears up here. It is not the place for such things. I hope you can understand the simple reasoning of this.
