Honored representatives of the Crayter Republic.

My name is Sabrina Iltzmann, Secretary of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of Malta. In the past, it was usually Fleet Admiral Santiago or Secretary Ruiz representing us on behalf of the Armed Forces and Colonial Affairs Department respectively. However, given our time of unexpectedly significant silence, we have since better organized ourselves, and as such is the reason why I am contacting you today.

On behalf of the Republic of Malta, I would like to officially reopen relations with the Republic of Crayter. Our history in the past should be a fair starting point, and I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to explore the realms of possibility that we could further achieve together.

I'm glad to see that Crayter is as understanding as we remember.

At this time, all that I would ask of Crayter is that we maintain a diplomatic channel for any situations that may arise to require one. This channel could serve such a purpose quite well, and to that end I would like to nominate it for such. Should you decide the same, then it would be settled.
Aside from that, the Republic has no current inquiries at this time. However, once Mr. Santiago has finished reallocating the Defense Department's resources, I suspect he may come forward with a proposal on the Military's behalf.

Military Leaders of Crayter,

I hope time has been well to you. I would reminisce about the older days of curious cooperation between our two peoples, but there is a brewing issue on the rise.

About four hours ago, the Republic received a transmission on a broad range to all Maltese contacts. This transmission, which I will provide a copy here, outlined the homeworld's interests in conducting military actions against Crayter, the Gaians, and the Royalist Navy of Gallia. I am aware that the Crayter Military, the Maquis, the Gaians, and the Bretonian Armed Forces are currently taking part in a seizure of the New Tours Watch Station, which given the gravity of the situation Republic forces have been keeping a watch on, but it appears that the homeworld has plans to take advantage of the situation and attack Crayter in an act of deception.

We will dispatch what ships we can to assist against these dissidents, but above all else this burst is to alert the Crayter Military of the danger of the homeworld's forces. Take care, and I wish you luck with your operation.

This is certainly alarming news. I'll notify Battlegroup Hades command and let them know about this danger, and we'll see how these people decide to execute their little 'operation'. In the meantime, see what forces you can dispatch and if they can keep us alert of any movements. I won't have this operation compromised because upstarts want to break a treaty.
