I am very happy to see the answer, which, though came with such a delay. It is possible that the connection of Gaul with the rest of Sirius is not as effective as we would like.

I would be happy to provide information about the Council, but not so long ago one of our pilots discovered that you are using a Gallic civilian bomber, whose model name is "Eclipse". Therefore, it is logical to assume that you already know what the motives of the Council and our movement are. Based on this, superfluous words about the Council will remain superfluous.

I think that the war between your organization and Gallic Royal Navy and Gallic corporations happened because anyone want to give moneys for their deaths? This is logical, otherwise you would not call yourself a bounty hunters. However, it is logical to assume that your organization is already illegal for Gallia after all the actions that you have committed towards them. Therefore, I believe that we can really have close and strong cooperation against a common enemy. But time will tell.

Well, in general, we see all gallic cooperations and their "royal" military as enemies. The bounty that we get on there head is more like the Crème de la Crème if you understand me. Bonjour again!

It's nice to know that in Sirius we have more and more allies who are ready to help the common cause against the common enemy. As I indicated earlier - we can be useful to each other in the future. Alas, but now the cell that is under my control does not have full access to the Council’s funds, and therefore we are not in a position to request any services from your side. We can only rely on our gradually strengthening union in the worlds of Tau and inside of Gallia.

Well, since you still do not fully know the goals of the Council, I will try to answer your question in as much detail as possible.

The Council is a revolutionary movement in Gallia, aimed at overthrowing the monarchical regime and building a democratic one, as well as at creating strong and peaceful trade relations between Gallia and the rest of the Houses. It must be admitted that it was because of the Council’s actions that this senseless war began. But if we were slow, then Gallia could be much stronger now, and I am sure that Bretonia would have fallen long ago in this situation.

Our intentions are simple: to overthrow the tyrant government that is now and build a democratic society. We want see Gallia not as common aggressor, but a common friend. The Maquis that you could see in the worlds of Tau (especially now in Tau-31 at the moment) are a radical cell of the Council, which was driven out of our ranks. But this did not affect the relations of people between the two groups: we are still brothers in arms, ready to die for a common goal.

I think I described everything as detailed as possible. If not, in the attached text files you can see more detailed information about the Council, our education, etc. I hope that this information will be useful to you, and our relationship will continue to flourish.
