Lambert would walk up to the Podium after hearing the conclusion to the name. In agreement with L'Action révolutionnaire conseillarde, he realized this also was a new chapter for the movement his small cadre of comrades would be facing.
" I agree as well, L'Action révolutionnaire conseillarde seems to be what we shall name this movement and our forces, according to majority I think one can say " his chuckle interrupting his speech as he continues " Now Camarade Pelletier brought up the question , if I may phrase it as the 'What is to be Done?' that this Socialist Congress must draw a conclusion to before we can march out of here to begin our new fight. Supplies will be needed for this new military force, and a organized body will need to govern all the sectors we have claimed and won. Ultimately we must convince the masses that our movement plays to their interest, liberates them from their chains. If we are to slaughter them like the Crown tried to do on Marne, it will only serve to counter act us. Therefore, for now, we will need to understand our position entirely. We are small, and we are without lacking. We will need to make compromises that may seem contradictory at first but objectively play towards our goal of Gallic Socialist revolution. I suggest that territories owned by Council forces be organized into a governing body, a 'Assemblée nationale' open to elements that support our platform of revolution against the Crown. As for questions of the foreign affairs. I agree with the direction Pelletier is taking. Foreign houses that are openly hostile to the Crown will be ones we ought to consider maintaining relations well enough until we strengthen our position, this means a limited level of collaboration at the least. But when the conditions are ripe, we must revisit this question at a future Congress and hopefully replace it with spreading the revolution we have won. "
Lambert walks back to his seat, awaiting the others.
The lanky man who had called himself "the soldier" shifts in his seat. A smile plays on his face, fleeting, thin, leaving and returning seemingly at random. His face seems to show contentment.

Science consists of stating the obvious and linking the facts. </span>
Lambert full of vigor, decides to make a declaration at the stand.
" I want to thank you Monsieur Marcus for hosting this Congress thus far. But if we do not act soon, we would be guilty of failing the popular masses by not leading them to a revolutionary conclusion, their fire being put out! If we spend too much time simply discussing things, then we will of lost our moment to bring forth what has been discussed at this Congress to the people. It is time we take to the skies, it is time we start forming cadres throughout Gallia and begin our organization. This will be my last comment at this Congress for the time being comrades, I know now what must be done and with our ARC comrades we shall begin the spark. We shall raise the people's consciousness to help them draw out revolutionary conclusions. It is time to have the people break their chains, and we shall start first by getting rid of the King and bringing forth a new republic - a people's republic! I shall see you all out there."
Lambert leaves the podium, pulling out gloves from his coat and putting them on, his mind fixated on the stars. He is impatient. There is no time to wait when revolutionary conditions are present.
* Some might have noticed the young blond woman, once or twice in the past few monthes of the Congress. But this was the first that she walked on stage , tok the microphone and start her speach. *
Bonjour mesdames et messieurs.
Je m'appelle Hélène, and i was one of the 26th brigade of New Paris Uprising, one of the million of our citizens that riose and fought the now former king of Gallia.
And of course we succeded, and i'll tell you, the story of why.
* The woman let her hair flow briefly in an unexistant wind *
I'll tell you this : yeah, the fancy rebel General fought with all his heart and mind...But WE, the people won it, because of one thing :
We, the people, of Gallia, of anywhere, we were, and still are thoses who fight their wars as soldiers, we are, thoses, who build their ships, supply them , thoses who are growing their crops, thoses who are hearding their cattles, thoses who feed them... thoses who tends their wounds, thoses who take care of their children. Thoses who clean their dirt and toilets.
Whithout us, they're nothing. The Oligarchy is nothing. The Ruling class, whoever they are...is nothing.
We are the People. We are the Masses, We are all that they make they dream of power or conquest possible. We are the lifestream of everything. Be it there, or in Liberty, Bretonia, Kusari or Rheinland possible.
We are the power, without the Masses , they're nothing. An empty shell.
And we prove it that day, on New Paris when the People rose !
I say, We say, that we don't need the so called "ruling classes", we are the power. We're running the factories, we're running the militaries, we are the good for nothing that run all their world.
And now that We, the People , did overrun the mad King, we should accept the new Tyrans ? The so called President of majoritocraty of Gallia, The New Duke overlord of Burgundy ?
Who made it possible ? Not them on their own. We, once again, the People , made it happen. And Once again, they would take the power for themself and wrap themselves ( or not ) in the fake cloak of democracy ?
There's no Democracy as long as the People themselves are in charges, and no such Président, or anyone else pretend to rule for all of us.
We got to take control of our fate, or destiny ourselves, without any kind of domination. We , the people of Gallia, the women, the men, of this house or anywhere else !
We don't need self proclamed leaders. We're not children, we are able to take our decisions by ourselves. And Personally, i don't need a self proclamed president. I'm sure the People of Gallia are well able to take care of themselves without the need of the dominant class to tell us what to do what to thing, and to to live !!!!!!!!!!!!!
We in Gallia, are not children, we do aspire for REAL FREEDOM !
