Stopping being greedy could be a good start but after the ongoing genocide, no leader with sound mind would join the war efforts of the GRN in Sirius.
Leader with open mind would be massively unpopular and eventually overthrown for siding with genocidal maniacs since everyone now knows what the Gauls have done and are doing.
