Comrade Selim,
It has been a while since we spoke and I've been away alot from the Motherland as our duties continued to spread our ideologies even outside our secured areas inside the Omegas. We've made contact with many of our allies and have kept the relationship with us strong aswell as the communication. We have accomplished alot in giving our comrades at the Industrial a safe flight to their destinations and safely bringing them back home. However.... As of recent news, my dear Comrade Ben Warner...
I knew why he saw so much potential in the Army and frankly any of us. I aided him until this day knowing well that we can achieve many things we couldn't in the past. We've flourished and I can't be more proud about all the Achievements we had with all of our Comrades. I've been gone for long, away from the High Command in the Army to run the Council of Commissars until this day. However, I do feel that our Army could need all men available right now especially after the end of the Gallic War around our Borders. So I would like to volunteer and continue my duties within the Army as I think with combined strength we can protect the interest and our ideology in its full capacity of our People. I'm not expecting and outright welcome back but rather a consideration, I will await your answer Comrade.

Dwelling too much on the past is a kind of dangerous thinking in and of itself, Petrov, even in the name of our greatest visionaries like the late Premier Warner. Ever since his death, the situation of Sirius has been changing rapidly, keeping up has been an entire war unto itself, especially balancing old, traditional friends of the Revolution with newer, more pragmatic deals intended to preserve the Coalition as an independent state in the Omegas and Sirius at large.
Likewise, the nature of the People and its Army must shift to meet the demands of the ever changing Sector. Coalition Command has been using its off-time in the past week and a half or so to review your request for reinstatement to the primary Revolutionary Army structure. Given your record and general psychological dispositions, there has been an air of hesitation, however it has been deemed you would still be an effective officer if given the opportunity to earn the privilege.
You will be offered a commission at the rank of Captain.
You will also permitted to liaise with Commissar-Major Michel de Grasse on matters of sensitivity.
Coalition Command has asked me to make it clear this is the only standing offer of commission you will receive at this time to return to direct SCRA authority. Should you approve of their offer, you will report immediately to Zvezdny Gorodok personnel offices for reinstatement. If not, no further action will be required on your part.
