I loathe bounty hunters who use cap ships but... i think they're suposed to use them against the order and Nomads. People like KUUN LAN, who fly their bloody battleships into all the places where it should not be, doesn't deserve the battleships they bought.
But yeah... You can't simply ask them to stay out of there, cause... y'know, bounty hunters are suposed to battle the order. The outcast shouldn't be there, seeming how the road they need to take in order to get to O-100 is smack full of "spirits". Make sure to send me a list of the outcasts who pass through the nomad sectors and i'll do my best to make sure that they don't do it again.

Convert that first post to a much calmer version, and then I'll sign it... 'Cause ya, this really applies to not only 100, but any other guard system with idiots that shouldn't be there.
Still, the post was made in anger, apologies for that but it is an issue that needs to be dealt with.
I'm sorry, but it doesnt seem right to me that some guy who's been on the server for less than two weeks, has never read the rules, has never even looked at these forums, and hasnt developed a smidgeon of background or personality for his character is able to get a battleship and stroll into guard territory where he shouldnt be - while the faction responsible for that system has very few capships of their own to deal with the intruder, and those few capships are never online.
Nothing new here at all. I tend to ignore that myself though. But a character trespassing guard system that the character's faction is hostile to while not being attacked by system's NPCs, i.e. he made friendly to guard faction on purpose most likely, I believe qualifies as being very ooRP and basically utilizing loopholes. As such it is best to be put into report in vivid detail instead of making posts like these.
Personally I'd rather suggest to calm down and think before rushing to forums to vent in anger.

my 2 cents.
The hessian was nuetral to the guard npcs, and ended up docking no isis in minor as well.
The outcast was nuetral to the npcs.
The two bounty hunters were not, but the guard npcs simply dont have enough firepower to bring down a battleship. He could sit there forever under fire and never die.
a BHG that is red to the order is totally within RP. - they are supposed to be there as a matter of fact. - the BHG is the faction that attacks the order, while the order is ( usually ) not attacking the BHG, but defending against them. - the BHG has started the war with the order.
it is within their RP to even enter the guard system - if they see need. - the fact that the guard NPCs don t hurt them much is of no concern here. - mind they should still show RP about it. - invading a guard system *should* be done in cooperation with the system owner, to make an event out of it, and not some npc slaugther.
anyway - i can not see much wrong with the BHG there as long as they were red to the guards / normal orders. - outcast and hessian should not have been there - as it it not their ZoI - not to speak of the fact that they were not red.
naturally, 2 lone battleships are not the best fleet setup - but thats their business not yours. they cripple their abilities to defend against bombers when they fly without cover. nothing you can call ooRP though.
Hessaisns shouldn't even know about 100!
And if you see the npc's not shooting the person, report it.
If they're going go be there, atleast get shot by the npc's.
And Dboy, I think for the next version we should get more "security" in and around the 100 jump hole, maybe move it and add more turrets or something, I mean it's supposed to be like one of the most secret systems, it's the Order's home system.

this would help a lot, for guard systems at least.
We've got the battleship apophis in omicron 100, but it's out in the middle of the system and it's very easy to stay out of it's weapon range. Put that sucker right next to the jump hole and there wont be a problem.

I was thinking more like making the guard rep red unless you have the normal rep full green (for all factions, this should be universal I think), and for 100 move the jumphole further into the asteroid fiels and add scattered weapons platforms or mines or something.
