Sender:Lulatia (Lulu) Bellisario Recipient:Deputy Chief Nick Harrison, LPI Subject:Contract of deliveries to NY Temporary Prison
Dear Mr. Harrison,
We gladly accept your contracted work to deliver supplies to the New York Temporary Prison base. While writing this reply I have been contacted by my colleague from Interspace Commerce as to coordinate our deliveries accordingly. As you can imagine the docking bays at the station may become busy with the traffic from both USI and IC.
Thank you for your trust in us, thank you for choosing USI.
Yours in the service of shipping,
Lulu Bellisario Department of Internal Affairs
Universal Shipping Inc.
As you can see our pilots of which I'm proud to be one, have started their deliveries to New York Temporary Prison (NYTP).
The loadmaster of my crew has had a chat with the logistics chief at NYTP and they ran the numbers. It is foreseen that NYTP may soon run out of storage for just this moment there was 140k left and your contract requires 280k to be delivered.
I welcome your reply as to not run out of space whilst making deliveries as per contractual obligation.
I'm happy to announce that the delivery of 110.000 units of industrial hardware has been made to New York Temporary Prison. You will find the cargo manifests as attachments to this transaction. Unfortunately, one of the manifests were lost due to the fact that my assistant were bringing me coffee at the time. This file will be attached as "Garbled receipt", and it shows the communication log around the time it was delivered. Hopefully, you will accept this as evidence, and accept my claim.
Furthermore, I have delivered 5.000 units of Heat Sinks. This all sums up to a grand total of 575.000.000 SC. You may send the payment to: IC|Lucas.Ronson
Ms. Field has already pointed out to you that the base's storage will not be sufficient for all the goods stated in the contract. The stock limit on certain goods will also need to be adjusted, in order to fit the needs. My ship, the IC|Providence, is docked on the base with 5.000 units of Industrial Hardware, but is unable to offload it due to stock limits. Since the responsibility to ensure that the base has the capacity to keep up with our speed, this falls on you. I will stay on the base for the time being, but a base can only offer a limited entertainment for someone like me. I will not stay here forever. However... i expect to be paid in full for this load too. It's up to you to make room for it.
Please make the necessary adjustments so that our work to fulfill this contract can progress without any further delays.
Regards,
Lucas Ronson

Good day,
it seems the Deputy had given out the wrong information and the materials he listed that we needed are not what I in fact requested of him. As all of you can see, your companies have been paid for what you have delivered without question and at this time I will have to cancel this contract in order to make a new one with Interspace Commerce and Universal Shipping for the actual materials we need. I apologize for the inconvenience but know that payments for what has been delivered has already been sent out and your companies lose nothing. I will handling the new contract personally and ensure its the materials that we actually need.
