I believe you know who i am but, in case you do not - i am Stella Hoshii, new administrator of Corinth Research Station. And i must acknowledge i am sincerely disappointed; from the lack of any post-transfer communication and unmarked transports departing from Corinth throughout the recent days i assume you decided to antagonise Velvet and, to an extent - me. I, however, will kindly let that behavior of a sore child slip this time, and give you a chance to actually communicate with me - before you go around with wild assumptions and sour our relations even further.
I will give you, for now, the benefit of doubt, and will listen to what constructive words you have to say.

Greetings Miss Hoshii,
No I did not know who you were until now, as I was very busy lately.
Now I do not find suitable for a first contact commenting my decision as you don't even know who I really am. I'm just a name for you Miss Hoshii.
Now, going back to the topic, my transports were transporting Genesis workers back to Ames, of course with their laboratories, as I was personally fearing oppression towards our Organisation from Velvet.
The change that occured, you taking the administrator role, caught me by surprise and honestly had no sense. So in order to preserve a peaceful work enviroment I decided to do this change.
The GRG has still a few men on board Corinth, with a laboratory, that works more or less like a checkpoint for our transports or so.
However, my decision was not based on the new administrator, in this case you, as I do not know you, therefore I do not judge without seeing it with my own eyes.
If my men bother you at any rate, I'll simply request them to move back to Ames with the rest of us.
If you have any inquiries, please inform me, and we can discuss them
I am merely going to share my thoughts, and it is up to you how to process and use that information.
There have never been a baseless intention within Velvet and on Corinth to antagonise, oppress or otherwise harm Genesis personnel, so unless your employees somehow felt uncomfortable in the changed environment there would have been no trouble with their presence aboard the station. The key point here is that all the personnel of Corinth have been working on the station way before i have assumed this position, and have continued to do so after the change of the administration. Imposing anything that would hinder their performance would be unwise from my side.
Now, however, i must acknowledge that i do not take such disrespectul behavior lightly - assuming on a whim that i might in any way harm Genesis employees is insulting to me. Some changes would have been in order, but i am not a savage, i am a civilised person, capable of coherent speech, and i would have addressed this matter properly. The same at a first glance seems to be applying to you - a sentient man, yet driven by fear to take such extreme precaution measures.
Genesis employees may return to their laboratories so i would reassign them to a specific section of the station on one condition - the rent of that specific station will cost you 50 (fifty) million Sirius Credits per month forwarded to Velvet|-Crimson. It would have gone smoother if you would take a chance not submit to your panic attack and would not have prepared Genesis employees a shady escape as if they would have been running from some criminals, and not their Zoner colleagues they have worked side by side with for months, maybe even years.
Those, however, are my conditions and they will not be subject to change in the foreseeable future, but the rent fee may ultimately be lifted at a later pace depending on how Corinth relations with Genesis develop.

Miss Hoshii,
As you're continuing to disrespect me, my decisions, and my workers, I'm sure this conversation can come to an end.
As far as I'm concerned, your "accusations" do not make me feel any anger as such, because as I stated before, you're just a name for me, and it shall remain so.
For the "fee" for "your" base, I'll gently decline, and I'll ask my few men that are on the installation at the moment, to come on Ames Research Station, somewhere they are not asked to pay, or be "sorted" by an unknown authority.
If you have something else, other than trying to impose power and childishly insult me, please let me know.
Have a good day, Miss Hoshii.
A shame. A shame that your mind is filled with delusional ideas. Projections of power? Childish insults? All of this, perhaps, exists in your subjective reality you substitute our, objective reality with. Well, i suggest you come back to the objective reality and bear with me for a moment here and understand that i prefer to keep things neatly organised - not only for my personal convenience, but for the convenience of my subordinates and partners. The way you evacuated your personnel and laboratories from Corinth did not help this, the pile of paperwork that's left after your external administration did not help either.
You have fourty eight hours to reconsider your choices and come back to the workspace reserved for Genesis laboratories, no fees will be applied. Otherwise it will be rented to another third party.
That is all.
~Stella Hoshii.

Just think about it as about the reconsideration of my approach towards the Genesis Research Group. I still largely disagree with your reaction to the simple and inevitable process of someone else taking on the position of the station administration, but i can actually bear with it. Let me just say i had some calm hours, time to think about some of my recent decisions, and i have obviously been too harsh to you and your employees. I know it might be hard to give me a benefit of doubt with that sour aftertaste our first few interactions left, but i am honest, and i am ready to lay down the grudges and let your personnel settle in the section of the station that was recently allocated for Genesis Research Group laboratories. No fees or ridiculous demands will be applied to you or your employees while they will be settling down in the new environment and thereafter, neither i will interfere with your research. All i am asking for is regular reports about what research are conducted on your facilities - it is well within my competence to know what exactly is happening on my station. Their results will only come across my table in a form of a monthly report and will be kept confidential from the third parties under any circumstances.
I believe you should find those terms far more acceptable. If not - then i am not sure what else should i offer you to have you satisfied with the terms on which you could stay aboard of Corinth.

Miss Hoshii,
Now I think we can talk business .
The move from Corinth was planned for some time now, as we need all personell working on a project that needs to be finished ASAP.
Our main utility of keeping some laboratories on Corinth was simply as checking points for our transports that go in and out of the Omicrons and prepare for the long journey till Ames.
If you agree to let us have said checkpoints, I'll tell my workers to go there and set up the equipment.
From now it's your turn to agree or no.
You got me there confused as to why would you keep full scale laboratories merely as transport checkpoints, i have to acknowledge something feels off about it. To the very least, if something would've been called unoptimal space allocation - that would be the first case to fall under that definition. Wouldn't it be smarter to rather keep logistical than scientific personnel on the station, and is it necessary at all considering Corinth's hangar bays are not understaffed in any way and their personnel is competent enough at their job?
Give me the courtesy of a honest answer, mister Lawrence. Why would you need to keep laboratories on Corinth and use such a fragile excuse for that?

Miss Hoshii,
Are you calling me and my workers spies?
That's simply an outrageous accusation, towards a Zoner Organisation and, to say the least I feel offended.
As you can understand by yourself, now I decided that my workers shall not use at all Corinth Research Base, as based on those accusation, I have no interest to be working with you Miss Hoshii.
In our first communication you said I lived in my reality and that me and my workers wouldn't have been oppresed in any way, yet we are here accusing me of having a second reason to be on your base
What did you imagine? Destroying it from the roots?
In all honesty here you crossed the line Miss Hoshii, and your offer is officially declined, and this shall be the last reply to any of your accusations ever again.
My channel will be open for emergencies only from now only.
I wish you a good day.
