Every single target is marked with the color of the contractor and has a highlighted reward. If the target's name is marked with multiple colors it means it's wanted by multiple contractors. In such cases, the base rate is a total of all rewards from all contractors marked. The rewards are measured in Sirius Credits and will be wired to you by the High Command after being given the money from the contractor.
