From: Chief of Police Jean Holiday To: Kusari State Police Subj: Joint Law Enforcement
Good day,
I am Chief of Police Jean Holiday of the Liberty Police Inc. I am coming to you in the hopes we can come to an arrangement when it comes to enforcing laws within the Galileo and Kepler System. Currently the borders are very clear and both systems are basically cut in half. The South Sides are enforced by Liberty and the Northern side are enforced by Kusari. I dont have an issue with this and I dont aim to change that. However it is my wish to have an understanding with Kusari that in the event of a pursuit and the suspect makes a run for the border that the Liberty Police, Inc. will not be stopped or hindered in any way when attempting to apprehend the suspect. In return we shall offer the same respect, should a suspect be fleeing your State Officers then we will not hinder your pursuit but aid you in it. I look forward to hearing your response.

Good day,
With the situation that transpired not to long ago, I am rescinding this offer of communication and understanding. Perhaps at a later time things can change. However until I feel the sovereignty of Liberty's borders are respected I cant in good conscious allow your State Officers past our borders. All chases will cease at the border and Liberty Police, Inc. will take over from that point on. Chief Out.

TO : Jean Holiday Chief of Police
FROM : High Commissioner Haruto Yashida.
Good day to you Chief of Police Jean holiday,
I apologise for the lengthy delay in my reply to you and would like to confirm that we have completed an investigation into the situation you mentioned above and you have my complete and sincere apologies and we have dealt with the relevant bodies involved and I can assure you there will be no more of the said happening again.
We at the State Police would like to ensure that all other Law enforcement agencies keep their borders regulated and safe aswell as ours, coordinating something may be a thing of the future and we will create every effort to make it possible to repair any damage that has been caused to relations.
At present we are seeing a slight increase in un lawfuls in Kusari space and we are attempting to stamp down on this as best we can for now.
Thankyou for your time and I hope you have a nice day and hopefully we can have communication sometime in the future.
Kind Regards,
Signed, Haruto Yashida,
High Commissioner, Kusari State Police
