As a result of the peace and formalization of relations between Bretonia and your organisation, the Kingdom of Bretonia is now willing to accept shipments from your mining craft and facilities, returning to the economically beneficial relationship we held for many decades.
Let it be known that with the Kingdom of Bretonia, excepting the most extreme of circumstances, grudges are not held. In the taking of Aland, many lost their lives, in the destruction of Cardiff, many lost their lives, in the weeks and months of hostility that followed, many lost their lives. That however does not mean that taking more lives to pay for lives lost is the right way, and those loved ones that feel the pain of the losses suffered, must find closure in peace and not conflict.
We trust the Guild will behave respectfully within our borders, and engage in its business in the utmost professional manner. To start, we should revive our cooperation in mining the Comet of Cobalt for industrial use, and open up our respective facilities in that system to each other for cooperation in mining operations.
Bare in mind that one such facility in proximity to the planet is owned by Interspace Commerce, a Liberty corporation. I understand your relations with Liberty soured as a result of actions in the same system, and the Kingdom of Bretonia recommends that you work to normalize these relations, Universal shipping being the main plaintiff in complaints against your organisation. We however leave this to your discretion, and only ask you respect them within our borders.

Secretary Callahan.
As a matter of fact, both The Guild and The Kingdom have paid it's price for the goals we have pursued since the day the Aland crisis have turned into our grim reality where the only way of dialogue were the tachyon cannons, and filling our daily obituaries with the names of those whose lives have been lost to this... turmoil between us.
I am positive that ending it - was a long overdue necessarity. Honestly, it should have stopped at the point Aland shipyard have slipped away from the Guild's hands.
But what's done - is done. There is no point in holding a grudge over the turmoils of the past, even not so distant.
What we have to do is work towards avoiding such conflicts in the future.
The Republic of Liberty is a tad different case, however, i already see an opening in the upcoming future that i may be able to use to enter the negotiations phase and, with my wits and a bit of luck bring them to successfull conclusion. Undoubtedly, it will be less demanding than the one we have signed with the Kingdom of Bretonia. Nonetheless, i assure you that no conflicts between my people and the Liberty corporate employees will not take place inside the Bretonian Sovereign space - for the stumbling rock is long gone, and thus we have no business to argue upon. I could not possibly speak for their side, but the Guild will move forward without holding that grudge.
The revival of such cooperation would, indeed, fall well within our expectations in the foreseeable future - fortunately, Falster station still stands, against all odds, and still serves as the local hub for the Guild's mining operations. Arranging the docking rights for Bretonian vessels would be one of the two possible options. The second option is the straight cooperation in the mineral deposits, with the shipping performed by either the Guild personnel, or respective personnel from your side, depending on the circumstances, both options are applicable.
If you choose the first option - we will need to rearrange our own friend-or-foe identification systems to avoid... certain incidents.
If the second option will be the case - we would need to know the installations that will serve as the drop off points, and have the docking rights to the respective installations arranged for the Guild logistical vessels. They bear no specific identification except the standard Guild transponders.
Please, keep me updated on your choice, and i will direct the corresponding orders further down to division heads and station administration, should this necessary.

Peace, being the distant dream it is, comes inevitably, and goes hand in hand with justice.
Cursed be the war.
I am not in a position to determine the exact manner economic cooperation will proceed, I can only indicate that this cooperation has the blessing of the government, and we will not prevent the IMG for instance, working with Gateway or any other Bretonian cooperate.
That being said, it would perhaps be a simpler task for the first option you mentioned to be implemented, for your modular mining installations and ours. I have instructed one such installation, Medway Dock, to open its bays to your mining craft. Other such arrangements must be made on a case-by-case basis with respective owners. For Falster, I would suggest you make the arrangements for Bretonian corporate interests to be able to dock and purchase your wares, though I leave it at your discretion if you wish to deny corporate rivals access - I do not wish to impose myself on corporate politics. I understand Planetform is in need of rare minerals for terraforming purposes, and I suggest you reach out to them, along with your traditional partner Gateway.
Best regards,
Benedict Callahan, Secretary to the Cabinet
Recently, the Guild operatives have discovered an eyesore situated in the mineral-rich deposits of Cobalt of Ross-Wandermeer comet and a report about it have ended up on my desk; although it is a fickle establishment at the moment, it is in direct violation of both Guild regulations and Bretonian charter of interstellar law, and i suggest we take immediate action in it's regard before it becomes an actual thorn in our backs.
