You know you can complain about certain things and certain people all you want, but if you don't even offer a solution and say what exactly, concretely, and precisely you'd do to fix the problem, and you're not able to justify&defend it against counter-arguments, you're not really helping.
That goes for you, everyone else who complains, and also the various staff members from 4.83 to present who aren't able to justify their actions or inaction.
