Much to my surprise i have discovered that Ouray have permitted docking to my heavy transport. To make sure such courtesy will not go unnoticed - i have left a handful of Helium-3 gas canisters under the responsibility of your quartermaster. Though, i believe, you should already have been notified about their arrival.
I have been mindful of the security concerns, so the whole shipment left it's station of origin and arrived to the destination unmarked. I believe you will be able to put it to a good use.
We could also see to make these deliveries regular. What do you think?

The recent and worryingly lengthy span of silence from the Guild was cause for concern. Now that I have heard from the IMG again, I'm less inclined to be so suspicious of your current status. With the war over, I presume you've managed to remedy your troubling diplomatic situation?
I would very much like to see our plans for Pennsylvania make progress, but that's contingent on your legal status within Liberty. Oh, and please do route your deliveries through Milford next time. They typically pay the best and serve as a dedicated market. It's also notably off the grid and away from prying guncams.
The lengthy span of silence on our side have been caused exactly by the work on remeding the tough diplomatic situation we have found ourselves in after the Aland crisis. It have mostly normalised now and we are, at least, out of immediate danger. It does not mean we will not come back at those who found it convenient to backstab us when we were already weakened. Our plots will just be more thorough and developed now, that we actually have time for them.
We will keep your suggestion about Milford in mind and will make sure people of the Guild will be made aware of your request and be mindful of it when further deliveries are made.
Speaking of Hallam - we still keep the development of the planet in mind, and, frankly, i think that the lack of legal status in Liberty may not harm it. Pennsylvania is the backwater of Liberty, piracy there is supposedly rare, so is the lawful presence estimated to be scarce. It will slightly complicate our work, but it still is not impossible.
We will just have to act with greater degree of discretion.
Would you be able to provide us with law enforcement local patrol patterns and outstanding observed deviations from said patterns? That would help us greatly.

I'll have my pilots stationed in the area run a series of recon flights to determine concentrations of Liberty's forces and their movements within the system. This will likely take some time, but rest assured a report will be submitted by one of the pilots assigned to the task.
