I have no problem talking to you as a person or recommending balance changes - but your avoiding the real issues in snub balance resembles a military command ignoring the main issues on base and resorting to micro management of things that don’t matter as much.

Things would be hush hush for developers and there would be no need to introduce such measures if it were not for Salty Pollack and screeching half-Indian. What's the real issue?

-Fixing other weapon classes in a blanket manner (the 4.00 change yielded positive results as an example, yw)
-Overhauling vhfs that need it desperately for their atrocious weaknesses that are unecessary (Guardian, Sabre, wraith, tachi, avenger... the list goes on)
-Revamping forward firing ordinance such as torps (a point you made in one of your balance threads).

These are issues that if corrected, would be VERY noticeable and encourage people to play regardless of skill level. I’ve listed off how to fix them billions of times before, but here I am still repeating myself. The ONE time I touched something in balance it was the 4.00s and now they’re great and everyone loves them.

There might be a small chance I actually know what the fuck I’m doing when it comes to balance.

Tachi is utter garbage. Guardian and Sabre I fly for sole reason of nostalgia and aestethic. The way to go is to buff subpar stuff, not nerf people's favourite toys.
