Good afternoon,

My name is Zachary Lee, I represent Bristol Constructions and Manufacturing, an independent corporation based in the Bering system out of Bristol Depot. As you're likely well aware we're involved in the retrieval and shipping of military salvage within the aforementioned system, on behalf of the Federal Republic of Rheinland and in co-operation with the ALG.

Due to the current embargo on the Bering system we find ourselves in a rather odd situation where the legality of our operations could be called into question by the Liberty Navy or Police forces respectively, and we'd like to request a license for the shipping and handling of Military Salvage, so that we know precisely where we stand when encountered by such patrols.

We're more than happy to pay the costs of processing such a license and I hope that we'll be able to come to some sort of arrangement that can benefit both us and your government.
