no. What they need is a freighter/transport hybrid. So that we can have small AI patrols zipping around, getting supplies for the Gammu empire

I agree, if they are going to have a ship line at all, they need something that is designed for haulage. Either that, or the faction needs a total rework to make it more capable of being an aggressor.
